Aaron Boone is shaking things up by moving DJ Lemahieu down in the lineup and leading off Brett Gardner but I think Alek Manoah should still have success with his wipeout slider. Luis Gil has been good too but the way these teams are trending, the wrong team is favored.

The Mets only had 6 hits yesterday despite scoring 9 runs, and they face a much tougher Sandy Alcantara who has a 2.34 ERA at home this season. These teams have been very similar since the trade deadline but the Marlins are 12-9 at home. The Marlins are 5-3 at home against the Mets this season.

ANALYSIS: Another day with nice hitting conditions in Boston, as we have winds blowing out of Fenway Park at 13 miles per hour. As I mentioned on Tuesday, the games between these teams in Boston have been very high-scoring thus far this season, and I expect this one to be no different. Tampa Bay is 41-23-2 on the Over when playing on the road and third in the league in WRC+ against right-handers. The Red Sox are looking to bounce back against Rays LHP Shane McClanahan, and his peripheral numbers indicate they have a fair shot to do so. Let’s stick with the trend here and go with the Over.

Montas has been great but the White sox are on of the best hitting teams vs RHP and Montas has a career .386 BAA vs the Sox batters. Everyone seems to be fading the Sox with Dallas on the mound which I understand. But this Sox lineup is major power and can not be overlooked. My numbers have this total at 4.7. The A's pen is garbage. 9 at bats. Take the White Sox team total Over 3.5.
