We like the Wizards to get it done today. Ime Udoka has these guys playing good basketball and will be a phenomenal NBA head coach as time goes on. Celtics had a poor start to the season at 0-2 but have flipped the switch beating the Rockets and scoring 122 in regulation Monday vs the Hornets as they won that game as well. However, how does Boston handle back to back wins here? The way a team handles success is always an interesting point of discussion. I think the Celtics and this team won't handle success particularly as well and they will face an angry and motivated Washington team who rolls into this game. Remember, our free play on the Daily Video was on Nets over Wizards the other day, and the Nets crushed the Wizards in the first quarter of that game going up 38-20. Dinwiddie went 3/13 in the game, Avdija went a cool 0/6, and the team went 9/39 from 3 point land that's a horrible 23%. I think Washington comes out fired up here, focused from the onset and plays well. Boston has also beat this team in back to back games as well so I think that will motivate Washington too and the Wizards will give it their all today. The Wizards are 6-1 ATS following an ATS loss, 13-5-1 ATS in their last 19 road games and Boston is 0-4 ATS after scoring 125 points or more in their previous game.

8-Unit Play: Take #529 Over 220 -110 in Charlotte Hornets @ Orlando Magic (7:10p.m., Wednesday, October 27) The Orlando Magic (1-3) will host the Charlotte Hornets (3-1) at the Amway Center on Wednesday night in an Eastern Conference matchup. Charlotte are averaging 121.5 points per game on 46.3 percent shooting while allowing 117.3 ppg on 47.8 percent shooting. Orlando have struggled so far offensively averaging only 98.3 points per game, but are allowing 113.8 points per game defensively. Based on all the matchups we see, we're certain that the Hornets will be able to score at a high-rate as usual with the only cause for concern being the Magic's poor offensive performance so far. This opened Orlando +6.5 and has been bet down by sharp accounts to +5.5 and even +5 at some off-screen books which leads us believe they'll be able to keep this one close and get on track offensively at home against the lazy Charlotte defense. It's highly unlikely these sharp accounts are coming in on Orlando because they think they'll be able to lockdown the Hornets - it's a play on them being able to score without much resistance. (especially considering we are seeing sharp action on the over as well) For Charlotte, Miles Bridges has been outstanding averaging 25 points while shooting 52.9 percent from the field and should be able to do what he wants against this poor Orlando defense. I don't expect the Hornets to show any new interest in playing hard on that side of the ball either considering how things have been working out for them with a 3-1 record (should be 4-0). We're expecting points with ample value on the over 220.
