NBA | Bucks vs Pistons
Play on: Pistons +4 +101 at pinnacle
Jack's Free Pick Tuesday: Detroit Pistons +4
It's hard to trust the Milwaukee Bucks to lay a number right now to any team in the NBA with all they are missing injury-wise. They are without Jrue Holiday, Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez and Donte DiVencenzo tonight. Giannis is expected to play, but he is battling a knee injury.
The Bucks have gone 0-3 SU & 0-3 ATS in their last three games overall. They were upset by the Timberwolves at home as 6-point favorites, upset by the Spurs at home as 7-point favorites and lost to the Jazz by 12 at home as 5-point dogs.
The Detroit Pistons will be playing with top pick Cade Cunningham for just the 2nd time all season tonight. He played in their 110-103 home win over the Magic before sitting out the next night against the Nets in a blowout road loss. But he's back tonight, and he and Jerami Grant should be a formidable duo for this team moving forward.
The Bucks are 1-7 ATS in their last eight games vs. a team with a losing record. Detroit is 12-3 ATS in its last 15 games following a blowout loss by 15 points or more. Bet the Pistons Tuesday.

NCAA-F | Miami-OH vs Ohio
Play on: Miami-OH -6½ -113 at pinnacle
FRANK’S CUTTING ROOM FLOOR FOR TUESDAY, 11/2:
My “Cutting Room Floor” plays are the situations I considered the closest to being worthy of investment but did not make the “final cut” for my official plays today for subscribers. The last play I cut on Tuesday was with the Miami (OH) RedHawks plus the points versus the Ohio Bobcats. Miami (3-4) has won three of their last four games with their 24-17 upset win at Ball State as a 3.5-point underdog on October 23rd. The RedHawks have covered the point spread in 7 of their last 8 road games against teams with a losing record at home. Miami (OH) has also covered the point spread in 9 of their last 13 games against teams with a losing record. Ohio (1-7) has lost three in a row after their 34-27 loss to Kent State on October 23rd. The Bobcats have failed to cover the point spread in 9 of their last 12 games after a straight-up loss. Ohio has also failed to cover the point spread in 10 of their last 12 games at home. Lay the points with Miami (OH). Best of luck — Frank.

NCAA-F | Miami-OH vs Ohio
Play on: OVER 52½ -109
FREE PICK: Miami (OH)/Ohio OVER 52.5 RATING: 30* ROT#: 305/306
I will take my chances with the OVER 52.5 in Tuesday's MAC matchup between Miami (OH) and Ohio. These two teams have struggled to put points up in 2021. Both teams come into this game averaging just 21.1 ppg.
The key here is the offensive output has been much better for both teams inside conference play. The RedHawks are averaging 24.5 ppg, 433.3 ypg and 6.3 yards/play in their 4 games vs other MAC teams. The Bobcats are averaging 28.5 ppg, 407.5 ypg and 6.3 yards/play in their 4 conference games.
While Miami (OH)'s defense has been impressive, they are giving up 26.6 ppg on the road. They are also going up against a very good Ohio run game that comes in averaging 193 ypg and 5.4 yards/play.
As for the Bobcats defense, it's not been very good. The only MAC team Ohio has held under 27 points is Akron. They gave up 30 to Central Michigan, 27 to Buffalo and 34 to Kent State. Give me the OVER 52.5!

NHL | Stars vs Jets
Play on: Stars +100 at William Hill
This is a good spot for the Stars. They catch the Jets in their first game following a three-game, five-day West Coast trip that concluded Saturday night.
Dallas already has road victories against the Rangers and Penguins. The Stars have been idle since Friday.
Scoring has been a problem for Dallas. The Stars have scored only four goals in their last three games. However, that could change. Jason Robertson is back from a shoulder injury joining Roope Hintz and Joe Pavelski on Dallas' top line.
The Stars have fired 73 shots on goal during their last two games, coming close to scoring numerous times, including hitting the post twice.

MLB | ATL vs HOU
Play on: OVER 8½ -113
Dave's Tuesday Free Play:
1* on Braves/Astros OVER 8.5 The Key: Both bullpens are gassed at this point after they were used basically the entire game in a 9-5 victory by the Astros in Game 5. And I don't expect either Luis Garcia or Max Fried to go deep into this game. Fried hasn't made it past 5 innings in any of his last 2 starts while yielding 11 earned runs in 9 2/3 innings. Garcia only pitched 3 2/3 innings in his first start against the Braves in this series due to control issues with 4 walks. The OVER is 7-1-1 in Astros last 9 games against a left-handed starter. Take the OVER.

MLB | ATL vs HOU
Play on: UNDER 9 -115
Tuesday MLB Free play. My selection is on the 'under' between Atlanta and Houston at 8:05 pm et on Tuesday.
We saw a wild, high-scoring affair between these two teams on Sunday in Atlanta as the Astros rallied from an early 4-0 deficit to win 9-5 and force this series back to Houston for Game 6. I'm anticipating a much tighter, lower-scoring affair on Tuesday. Max Fried will take the ball for Atlanta. He didn't pitch well in his first start in this series but I look for him to make the necessary adjustments and bounce back here, noting that he still owns a respectable 3.65 ERA and 1.13 WHIP on the road this season and better still, he has posted a 3.49 ERA and 1.08 WHIP in nighttime starts. The 'under' is 9-1 with Fried starting as an underdog going back to last season, resulting in an average total of just 6.0 runs. Also note that the 'under' is 25-15 with the Braves playing on the road following a loss this season, producing an average total of 8.1 runs. Luis Garcia labored through 3 2/3 innings for the Astros in Game 3 of this series but that was on the road. Here at home he's been a much better pitcher this season, recording a 2.71 ERA and 1.00 WHIP. The 'under' has gone 12-3 in his 15 starts at Minute Maid Park this season, with an average total of just 6.9 runs. Both bullpens have obviously been overworked in this series but a day off on Monday helps. Atlanta's relief corps has combined to post a 3.23 ERA and 1.23 WHIP in these playoffs while the Astros 'pen has been even better, checking in sporting a 2.86 ERA and 1.10 WHIP. Take the under.
