Not many games still matter on match day 6 but this is a big one as Atalanta will qualify with a win or Villarreal will qualify with a win or a draw. This group in general has been high-scoring and I don't expect that to change here in the final game. Atalanta has come on as of late, unbeaten now in ten straight games, scoring two or more in eight of them while keeping just two clean sheets and are coming off an impressive 3-2 shootout win on the road at Napoli. Their games are averaging a combined total of 3.08 xG, 26.2 shots and 10.8 on goal in their five group stage games.
Meanwhile Villarreal have been slumping with just two wins in their last nine La Liga and UCL games. They have kept just two clean sheets which came against weak sides in Young Boys and Getafe. More recently then gave up three goals against Barcelona which in the past, not a bad thing, but against this current Barcelona side who have been held scoreless in two of their last three games, it's more alarming. Villarreal have been much more attack minded during their UCL games than the slow play of La Liga as they are averaging a combined 3.51 xG, and nearly identical 26.4 shots and 10.8 on goal.
The first game played out to a 2-2 draw with 3.57 xG, 27 shots and 11 on goal and all signs point to another one just like it.

I think USC is going to face one of the weakest defenses they have faced all year and come off scoring just 63 points in their last game and I think they bust out here on offense. Nice winner with Pepperdine yesterday btw and now we have posted +5600 in Football and +5400 in Hockey as we have hit 66% on the year which is insane. As per this game, Eastern Kentucky put up 77 on WVU and they can certainly compete and get up for USC here and come off a pair of losses as well, look for an Over here.
