LaVine is gonna surprise us ALL and be back tonight folks!
Yes we still don't have Lonzo, yes Caruso is back out….and the Bulls are on no rest off a SU loss to the odious Magic…while OKC is at home and rested and healthier!
A lot of what you just read is exactly what is going in to our analysis here…how many times does a team get to face THE WORST (objectively) team in each conference in back to back fashion? Let alone a playoff team on a bad stretch…. but one that can't afford ACTUALLY losing both games….and having already lost one!
DeRozan really showed out against the Magic but it wasn't enough….and this won't be the easiest task in the world…. but there's also a sizable difference between Orlando and OKC at the moment….and the latter, with the better looking record in the standings, is playing FAR worse…and has amassed the worst NET RATING (-12.1) over the 0-5 run they've had the last 5…worse than Houston, worse than Orlando, worse than Detroit, worse than the Wiz….
Bulls will get improved efforts from Vucevic tonight, DeRozan is able to go off at any time….and with LaVine back it's even MORE LIKELY he wills his team to a win if needed….but short-handed/injured or not….Billy ain't losing to his former team tonight….and we will lay the small wood…
Hurry as well….once it's officially announced we have LaVine…this will go up to -4/-5 or bigger….if it doesn't do so anyway just due to the opponent!!
