Analysis:

Pinnacle on California Every dog has his day, and this will be Cal's day. Aside from two blowouts against top 5 teams, they have played everyone well, including this Washington team back on January 12. Cal really outplayed the Huskies in that game, the difference was on the boards as Washington out rebounded them by 9 overall and by 8 on the offensive boards. But Washington is not typically a strong rebounding team, so I think Cal will clean that up in this game, playing at home. Washington has a great offensive player in Brown, but he doesn't have a lot of help. Only one other Husky player averages double figures. California is a pretty good defensive team, allowing just 66 points per game. They'll do what they did last time and shut everyone else down and let Brown get his points. Cal plays at one of the slowest paces in college basketball, ranking No. 334 in tempo. They will look to keep this game close and slow down the Huskies, like they did in a 60-52 loss to UCLA earlier this season.
