We handicap NBA and CBB using 3 Models and also a very strong database, plus other things that are not privy to the Odds Makers relative to how they make their number. We also account for injuries and overreactions to a number based on recent play or trends. Because of this our writeups will not contain info that we use to derive our number as doing so will give a heads up to how we play NBA Totals and CBB Totals which could result in worse numbers at the books.

It is not often that I play Totals based on 2 TERRIBLE Offenses but that is what we have here with both in the bottom 1/7 in the country for offensive efficiency. These teams simply have trouble putting the ball in the hoop with the visitors ranked #307 for OE and Edwardsville ranked #318. Long range shooting is the worst of the lot for these two teams ranked #345 and #349 out of 358 D1 Teams. UTM is struggling scoring right now managing 61 or fewer in 3 of their last 4 outings, and SIU 47, 59 and 63 in their last 3 games with one of those going to OT!.
