Doc’s Big 12 Game of the Year
Handicapper: Doc's Sports
League: NCAAB
Competition: Oklahoma vs Iowa State
Time: Saturday, February 19, 02:00 pm ET
Bet Type: Point Spread
Pick: Iowa State -2 (-110) (William Hill)
Rotation #: 644
Analysis:
10 Unit Play. Take #644 Iowa State over Oklahoma (2p.m., Saturday, February 19 ESPN+) Oklahoma has had a brutal schedule of late having lost closes games to Texas and Kansas. Now they will be without Elijah Harkless for the rest of the season and fatigue will start to set in for this program. They have lost 5 of their last 6 games and will be facing a team that has revenge on their minds. Iowa State has struggled in conference play after running the table in the nonconference portion of the season, but they are coming off a win last time out and should be able to follow that up with two straight on Saturday. Oklahoma is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games played on Saturday. Iowa State is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games against teams with a losing road record. The home team is 9-2 ATS in the last 11 games between Oklahoma and Iowa State.Comment

3% Take Long Beach State (#801)
My clients and I have been riding Long Beach State; a surging, under-the-radar squad in the betting marketplace. Long Beach State head coach Dan Monson’s team has come a long way since November. “This team didn’t know how to win a game in the preseason if they didn’t outscore somebody. That’s the only way we were winning games – if everybody was on…..Teams that win leagues, teams that are championship caliber teams – you’ve got to find different ways to win basketball games…They’re starting to trust that and find different ways.” The Beach have now won eleven straight in conference play since their 4-9 start to the season; a team coming on like a freight train RIGHT NOW. I’m very comfortable backing the Beach plus points as they take a modest step up in class tonight. Take the Beach.

Game: (669) Saint Louis at (670) Davidson
Date/Time: Feb 19 2022 3:30 PM EST
Betting Line Provider: Consensus Line
Play Rating: 4 units
Play: Davidson -125
Our selection is on Davidson ML
Here we are again with another ML play when we have a line of 2 or 2 ½. We had a real nice winner with VCU yesterday and we keep it going this afternoon with Davidson. The Wildcats are 10-1 at home this year and are playing some great basketball as they have gone on a nice 20-2 run. We went against this St. Louis team on Monday as the Bonnies took care of business. Now they come to Davidson after losing 2 of their last 3 games (both to the Bonnies). St. Louis are only 4-4 on the road and now at the end of the schedule they will play Davidson and heavy hitters Richmond and VCU. They couldn't handle St. Bonaventure so will be interesting to see what they do moving forward. Really big game for both clubs but the fact that St. Louis are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 road games vs. a team with a winning home record just solidifies our selection. Really like Davidson in this spot to push their home record to 11-1.
So lets get the job done with Davidson on the full game ML.
