Take Minnesota/Toronto GAME TOTAL OVER as my top NHL pick for Thursday night. This pick falls into one of my top NHL systems and I expect a high scoring game here tonight given the way these two teams have been playing. Minnesota has averaged 4.4 goals per game over their last five games and they have also allowed 4.6 goals per game over those five games. Minnesota's powerplay converted at 35.3% with the extra man over their last five games and their penalty kill has also struggled with opponents converting 29.4% against them with the extra man. Toronto has averaged 3.6 goals per game this season and 34.9 shots on goal per game and they have also allowed 3.6 goals per game over their last five games. Toronto's power-play has been on fire at home this season converting at 34.3% with the extra man and they have really struggled defensively and now they lost their top defenceman. Toronto just gave up 4 goals against a bad Columbus team, 5 goals against a really bad Montreal team and 6 goals against a good St. Louis team and now they face a very good Minnesota team here tonight. Minnesota just gave up 4 goals against a very bad Ottawa team, and they put up 7 goals against Edmonton allowed 6 goals against Florida and 6 goals against Minnesota over their last 4 games. Play the OVER and make sure you get on my top NBA play and College Basketball play that go Thursday as I expect another sweep across all sports.

4-Unit Play: Take 825 Belmont +3 over Murray St. (9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 24)
Two of the hottest teams in the nation tee-off on Thursday and Belmont will look to exact revenge for a poor performance earlier this season. Belmont was a 6-point favorite over the Racers but got run out of their own gym in an 82-60 Murray State win. The Racers nailed 14 of 25 3-pointers, the equivalent of a 21 of 25 night from inside the arc and out-scored Belmont 42-15 from the 3-point line. But while Murray State is on a big SU run, they've had to escape defeat in two of their last three games, beating UTM 62-60 and defeating Morehead State 57-53 on February 12. Belmont has won 10 straight games but they're now an underdog for the first time since December 7. They're 12-3 ATS when getting points over the last couple of years. The Bruins are the second most accurate 2-point shooting team in the nation, making 61.4% of their shots and they own the 8th most effective FG percentage.
