7-Unit Play - #056 Pittsburgh -170 over Vegas (Friday, March 11, 2022, 7:00 PM)
Take Pittsburgh on the Moneyline as my top NHL pick for Friday night. This pick falls into one my top NHL systems and I really like Pittsburgh in this spot here tonight. When I did the write up for this play the odds were up -140 this morning and have now moved to -170 and I feel this is a very good spot for Pittsburgh who have dropped two straight games by just one goal in each of those games against a very good Florida team and at Carolina. Pittsburgh's last win also came against a very good Tampa Bay team on the road winning 5-1. Pittsburgh's power-play has converted at 25.5% with the extra man at home this season and they have averaged 3.2 goals per game at home this season including 35.6 shots on goal per game. Pittsburgh has also allowed just 2 goals per game over their last 5 games and Vegas has struggled offensively averaging just 2.2 goals per game over their last 5 games with losses against some bad teams including Buffalo and Pittsburgh. In fact, Vegas does not have a quality win over a good opponent in their last 15 games overall since January 29 at Tampa Bay. Play Pittsburgh on the Moneyline as we make it 6 straight wins in the NHL and make sure you get on my 5-Unit NBA play that goes Friday night as I expect a hands down winner as my winning NBA season continues.

2 Unit Play. Take #860 Providence -3 over Creighton (6:30 p.m. ET, Friday, March 11)
Providence like several top seeds did not have their A-game yesterday. Look for a far more inspired club tonight, who is 7-1 ATS versus teams making 45% or more of their shots this season.

2 Unit Play. Take #830 VCU -3.5 over Richmond (8:30 p.m. ET, Friday, March 11)
Richmond has issues with good defensive teams at 1-8 ATS vs. teams with a shooting percentage defense of 42% or lower this season and VCU is 13-3 ATS versus teams who attempt 21 or more 3-point shots game.

2 Unit Play. Take #873 Portland State +4.5 over Nor. Colorado (10:00 p.m. ET, Friday, March 11)
Northern Colorado deserves to be favored but Portland State is 5-1 SU and ATS against NCU recently, including a win and cover this year and they are 1-7 ATS revenging a straight-up loss as a favorite. Portland State comes in a solid 13-5 ATS as an underdog.

2 Unit Play. Take #885 Hawai'i +2.5 over CS-Fullerton (11:30 p.m. ET, Friday, March 11)
Hawai'i has played well against CS-Fullerton over the years and the latest result finds them at 4-1 SU and ATS. Plus, the Titans are 3-11 ATS in away games when playing with one or fewer days rest.

6 Unit Play. Take #866 North Carolina -2.5 over Virginia (9:30 p.m., Friday, March 11)
North Carolina is playing great basketball and is smoking hot. The defense is stout, the offense is working dramatically better both inside and outside and they look like they could win the ACC. Virginia is hard to play against, but their offense is spotty and the defense is not as good as prior years.
A nice 5-2 Thursday and looking to better my March record of 22-12, 64.3% tonight.

8 Unit Play Take #854 Kent State +1 over Ohio (7:30pm est):

There's no one playing better basketball right now in the Mid-American Conference than this Kent State team. The Golden Flashes come into this game winners of 13 straight games overall and have went 11-2 against the spread during this stretch. Much of the winning started when KSU moved Andrew Garcia and VonCameron Davis into the starting lineup two months ago and since then they have looked like a much different team. One of the wins in their winning streak was a blowout victory over this Ohio team that they face here in this one tonight as they beat the Bobcats by 23 points.

Tons of value at this number as we have what I feel is the much better of these two teams and at a very low spread. Take Kent State in this game. Solid 4u NBA play going tonight in pro hoops action. I am on fire right now in the NBA with $2,500 in profits won overall over the past week.

4-Unit Play: Take #826 St. Bonaventure -1 -110 over Saint Louis (2:30p.m., Friday, March 11) The Bonnies have multiple matchup advantages they were able to exploit multipe times already this season winning both games against Saint Louis. They have played the tougher strength and believe they manage to get the job done here once again for the season sweep.


4-Unit Play: Take #851 Over 138.5 -110 in Akron and Toledo (5:00p.m., Friday, March 11) We have historically found most of our edge and value by betting totals in February and March, so we will now be providing our model edge plays which have treated us very well over the past decade. We will not be providing a write up for these plays and will copy this message across all plays that fit our number and model edge.


4-Unit Play: Take #863 Miami +9 -110 over Duke (7:00p.m., Friday, March 11) Duke have struggle as bigger favorites for the most part this season, including their last game against Syracuse. Miami have more than enough talent on both ends of the floor to keep this game within the number. Since 2004, the Blue Devils are only 43.5% ATS in the postseason under coach Mike Krzyzewski and only 37.2% ATS when listed as 8 point or more favorites. We'll take the points.

6 Unit Play. Take #861 Over 131.5 Connecticut at Villanova (9:00p.m., Friday March 11 FS1)
Tonight at Madison Square Garden we will see another great Big East Conference battle and I'm completely shocked on this total. Last night Villanova and a scare against the Johnnies only winning by 1-point 66-65 but tonight I see more offense being displayed by both teams. Nova started the game slowly last night only scoring 23 points in the first half but in the second half their offense was on point scoring 43 points. Nova has been trending 'Over' games cashing 5 out 7 and in those 7 games they are averaging 75ppg. Connecticut is 6-1 O/U following a ATS win and Villanova is 6-0 O/U following a ATS loss.
