The Golden Knights have seen the 'over' go 4-0-1 over their last five games but I look for that run to come to an end on Monday night in Minnesota. While the Wild are known for their explosive offense, they've managed to score just 11 goals over their last four games. Things don't figure to get any easier here, noting that Minnesota has been held to three goals or less in eight of the last 10 meetings in this series. Here, we'll note that the 'under' is a perfect 7-0 with the Knights playing on the road off three or more consecutive 'over' results over the last three seasons, as is the case here, resulting in an average total of just 3.2 goals. The 'under' has also gone 24-13 with Vegas playing on the road after scoring 5+ goals in its previous game over the last two seasons, leading to an average total of only 5.0 goals. I'll take my chances with Chicago as a 3.5-point home favorite against the Raptors. This feels like the perfect buy-low spot on the Bulls, who are just 2-8 SU and 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games. The schedule has been brutal during this stretch, with 7 of the 10 games on the road and the 3 at home against the Grizzlies, Bucks and Cavs. Chicago has had 2 days off since losing at Utah on Friday and should be really motivated to get back in the win column.
Also feels like a good sell-high on the Raptors. Toronto has gone 6-1 SU and 6-1 ATS in their last 7, but will be playing here on no rest after a hard fought 93-88 win over the 76ers on Sunday. It's their 7th game in 11 days overall and their 8th road game in the last 9. Give me the Bulls -3.5!

The Chicago Bulls have found themselves dropping in the tightly-contested Eastern Conference, as they welcome the Toronto Raptors to Chicago on Monday night. The Bulls have lost EIGHT of their last 10 games and are now 41-29, leaving them at No. 5 in the East. They lead the Cavs (No. 6) by just a half-game and the Raptors (No. 7 seed) by only 1 1/2-games. Toronto won 93-88 in Philly Sunday night and at 40-31, has its eyes focused on avoiding the 'play-in' round.
The Raptors won the final five games of a six-game road trip before losing in overtime at home to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday. They bounced back Sunday with the road win at Philadelphia, even though VanVleet (21.1-4.6-6.7) rested a sore knee and SF Anunoby (17.5 & 5.5) remained out with a fractured finger. Khem Birch and Precious Achiuwa were both in the starting lineup. Siakam (22.0-8.4-5.1) led Toronto with 26 points and added 10 rebounds. Chris Boucher (9.1 & 6.1) had 12 points and 14 rebounds, while Achiuwa (8.8 & 6.8) matched his season best with 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Birch had four points. Don't forget Trent (18.0) or rookie Barnes (15.5 & 7.7).
DeRozan (27.8-5.3-5.1) is having a career year for the Bulls and has an excellent scoring partner in LaVine (24.5-4.8-4.6). Center Vucevic (17.9 & 11.4) was 'rescued' from Orlando last season and he's delivered. PG Ball (13.0-5.4-5.1) is expected back at the end of the month but White (13.4) and rookie Dosunmu (8.5) have done a nice job. It's also good news that Caruso (8.2) returned March 12, after missing more than a month.
Toronto trailed by as many as 16 points during the first quarter last night at Philly but came back to win by five. Yes, Toronto's won SIX in a row on the road but this is a tough situation (back-to-back road games) and the Bulls REALLY need a "W." Lay the points with Chicago.
