#1 Summonyourcourage He showed a little bit of late interest when staying on for third in the debut run, and that experience edge may serve him well as he breaks from the fence. He may be better this time around.
#2 Disarm Firster goes with another big Winchell pedigree, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him land this for a very capable team.
#3 Hezmorethanready Think the debut run might have been a touch better than it looks on paper, and he offers a little price intrigue in this second start while getting to the main track.
Race Summary Summonyourcourage is intriguing enough in a spot where a couple firsters might command some attention at the tote, and maybe his experience edge will help him get home with what hopefully won't be as wide a trip as he had last out.

Churchill Downs - Race #7
Picks Notes
#2 Dark Timber He needs to turn some tables after fading a bit late last time out, but he looks like the most committed speed today, and I think he's going to take them a long way.
#4 Gulfstream Way He's fast enough to be right up on the splits with the top choice, and he seems very well meant here after the easy win with softer last time out. The one to beat.
#1 Swift Tap Think he needs a misfire or two if he's going to land this one, but he's a pretty reliable type who wasn't totally overmatched with similar a couple starts back. For a piece.
Race Summary Dark Timber will have a go for it as the inside speed in this spot, and I think he might be able to stick around a little bit better here -- getting back to some of those 2021 tries would keep him in the mix today.

Churchill Downs - Race #8

#10 What's to Do She goes turf to dirt for this one, and she really stepped forward nicely in that second career start when getting Lasix for the first time. She's meeting a handful of one-paced types who haven't shown much late, so maybe that turf finishing ability will land here.
#2 Sunny River No arguments here after this one finished well in the debut try, and she's probably tough here if she can take any kind of step forward. One of the obvious finishing threats.
#6 Silverleaf She has run into a couple decent horses in recent starts, but I worry that she lacks the final gear needed to seal the deal with this group. Logical player.
Race Summary What's to Do and Sunny River both seem capable of being involved late, but the former will offer a much better price while switching surfaces after a nice turf rally last time out.

With a nice Equibase class rating average of 82, has one of the top class advantages in this group. ORO AZTECA - This horse has a terrific win percent in dirt sprints. Looks competitive against this field and will probably be one of the leaders.

2^nd race [Clm 40000 N2L, 1 mi] – (2) Red Revolution (B) made a huge turn around in form when he rallied late after having to steady at the start and finished third in a blanket finish for the win spot. (3) Eagle in Love was a debut winner during the winter at Aqueduct and then stepped up to try a stake and an allowance. He now makes a big drop down to the N2L condition. (1) Top of the Mint was second at this level after a five-month layoff. (6) Braciole gets blinkers on after being claimed from Todd Pletcher by the Noda Brothers who are good off the claim and are currently winning at 26% at the Belmont meeting.
3^rd race [Clm 35000 N3L, 1 mi] – (4) Convertible Freeze (C) ran third in March when bet down from 10-1 to 5-1 and now drops into a restricted claimer for the first time. (7) Dontbelate won the N2L condition last time and cuts back to the mile distance. (2) Dangerous Edge will make his second start since being claimed and running second which was a significant improvement for the new trainer. (5) Holdtheflight has been racing in tougher conditions at Parx with one good race at Aqueduct back in February.
6^th race [NY, OC 45k/N2X, 6F] – (5) Masked Marauder (C) used a late rally to finish second last month when he was bet down from 8-1 to 6-1. (4) Big Bobby has been off since January with two wins and three place finishes before that for Bill Mott. (1A) Amundson will return to NY-bred company for the optional $45,000 tag with past wins in an open allowance and a state-bred stake. (3) Saint Selby tried the turf unsuccessfully last time and is back on the main track where he was 2 wins from 3 starts.
9^th race [Clm 30000 N2L, 7F TURF] – (9) Juulstone (B) got bumped around in tight quarters around the sixteenth pole. (7) Supply Chain broke his maiden in his debut for Chad Brown at Tampa Bay Downs in March and then tried a pair of allowances. (8) Cable Channel moved into the N2L condition last time but had to race on a very wet and yielding turf course at Belmont. (10) Scotto will make his turf debut following a winter break and drops to this level for the first time.
