4:10 p.m. ET: Oakland Athletics (23-49) at Kansas City Royals (26-43)

The Royals took Friday night's series opener 3-1, cashing as -140 home favorites. The Athletics are now just 3-19 over their last 22 games while the Royals improve to 6-2 over their last 8 games. In this last afternoon rematch, Oakland starts lefty Jared Koenig (1-2, 6.59 ERA) and Kansas City taps righty Brad Keller (2-8, 4.30 ERA). This line opened with the Royals listed as a -150 home favorite and the Athletics a +130 road dog. Pros are happy to fade the ice cold Athletics, steaming Kansas City up from -150 to -165. Oakland is just 18-40 as a dog, 15-21 on the road and 15-34 against righties this season. The Royals will lean on their bats, hitting .237 compared to .209 for the Athletics. Kansas City is 3-1 against Oakland this season.
