MLB | Pirates vs Marlins
Play on: Marlins -150 at SC Consensus
Monday MLB Free play. My selection is on Miami over Pittsburgh at 6:40 pm et on Monday.
This is a straight fade of Pirates starter Mitch Keller and the Buccos in general coming off rare consecutive road victories. Keller has posted a 4.16 FIP and 1.55 WHIP while allowing 5.33 runs per nine innings this season. Keep in mind, Keller owns a career 4.26 FIP and 1.68 WHIP, yielding north of 5.9 runs per nine innings so this year's numbers are nothing out of the ordinary. Marlins starter Trevor Rogers hasn't been great this year either but he will have the advantage of facing a Pirates lineup that averages just 3.4 runs per game on the road this season. That's not to mention the fact that one of Pittsburgh's best hitters, Bryan Reynolds, was forced to leave yesterday's game with a side injury and is questionable to play on Monday. Rogers faced the Buccos once last season, allowing only two earned runs over six innings. What I really like here is the bullpen matchup as the Pittsburgh 'pen has posted a 6.94 ERA and 1.84 WHIP over the last seven games while Miami's relief corps checks in with a 2.74 ERA and 1.35 WHIP over the same stretch. Take Miami (8*).

MLB | White Sox vs Guardians
Play on: White Sox -110 at SC Consensus
*action on pitchers* MLB Monday Free Pick Chicago White Sox -110 @ Cleveland Guardians @ 7:10 ET - Regardless of starting pitchers here I like the White Sox. Note that Cleveland has been struggling of late while Chicago has been playing quite well and they have been a better team on the road too. The White Sox have won 10 of last 14 road games. As for the Guardians, they have lost 14 of 19 games! About the starters, again NOT a key here, will mention that Quantrill is off a rough outing in his last start plus got hit hard in his only start versus the White Sox this season. As for Lynn, his overall numbers do not impress but I like the fact he has allowed only 19 hits in 22.2 innings spanning his last 4 starts. He is going to have some better luck coming his way and that should begin tonight at Cleveland. Either way, road team is the much hotter team here and I like our chances whether Lynn gets the win or not. Free Pick CHICAGO WHITE SOX -110

MLB | White Sox vs Guardians
Play on: White Sox -109 at linepros
Play - Chicago White Sox w/Lynn vs Quantrill (Game 915).
Edges: White Sox: Lynn 2-0 with 2.61 ERA away as opposed to 7.02 ERA at home this season; and Lynn 9-1 the last team starts in June, including 5-0 away … Guardians: Quantrill: 2-5 at night this season, and 2-5 at home in June … With that, we recommend a 1* play on the White Sox. Thank you and good luck as always. *Note: All pitchers' records are team starts.

MLB | White Sox vs Guardians
Play on: Guardians +104 at Ace
1 Unit FREE PLAY on Cleveland Guardians +104
This feels like an important series for the Cleveland Guardians to get right following one of their worst stretches of the season. The Guardians are just 1-6 in their last seven games overall. Cal Quantrill will get them back on track. He has a 3.86 ERA in 15 starts this season and a 3.24 ERA in eight home starts. Quantrill has a 2.25 ERA in four previous starts against the White Sox as well. Lance Lynn has a 5.33 ERA in five starts this season. Lynn gave up 6 earned runs in 6 innings in his last start against Cleveland. Give me the Guardians.
Monday's MLB Free Pick: Tampa Bay Rays +106
I'll take my chances with the Rays as a +106 home dog against the Red Sox in Monday's series opener. Good time to buy low on Tampa Bay, who was just swept in a 3-game series at Cincinnati. Rays are finally returning home after a lengthy 11-game road trip. On the flip side of this, great spot to fade Boston, who is coming off a huge 4-game series at home against rival Yankees. One that concluded with them securing a thrilling 11-6 win on Sunday Night Baseball after they trailed 6-2 early in that game. Give me the Rays +106! Confidence Rating: 5 (Scale of 1-10)

MLB | White Sox vs Guardians
Play on: Guardians +102 at circa
This is a play on the CLEVELAND GUARDIANS for our Monday free play. Chicago is coming off a clutch win on Sunday thanks to an error in the eighth inning that set up the game winning run in a 4-2 victory which was its second straight. The White Sox are two games under .500 and while they have better on the road than at home, this line is priced wrong in this situation. Lance Lynn has been all over the place, allowing three runs or less in three of his five starts and giving up five runs in the other two and while his road ERA sits at 2.61, his WHIP is 1.45 which is a greater indication of his overall numbers. The White Sox are 5-11 in their last 16 games after allowing two runs or less in their previous game. Cleveland snapped a five-game slide with a 13-1 win on Saturday but gave it back with a 5-1 loss to Kansas City as it dropped its third straight series. The Guardians were red hot with a 17-4 run starting at the end of May but have been in a funk with a 5-14 skid since then and this starts a big week before the All Star break. Cal Quantrill has had a quietly good season, posting a 3.86 ERA and 1.31 WHIP and those numbers are better at home as he has a 3.24 ERA and 1.08 WHIP in eight home outings. He has allowed three runs or less in eight of his last nine starts with the only exception a game on the road against Dodgers. Cleveland is 15-4 against the money line in home games against American League teams scoring 4.4 or fewer runs per game this season. Play (916) Cleveland Guardians
