GRACEFUL KITTEN - Not much pace in this race other than this racer. Gelding is a few starts into a come back here. Should give a big race today. Oliveros and Baird perform well when they partner up. Hard to top a winning percentage of 33. Could be a possible overlay today at odds of 5/1. Finished sixth in last race at Mountaineer Park but was close at the end. AMICUS BRIEF - I like to play this angle, a pony coming back off a solid race within the last 30 days. VINTAGE KITTEN - A winning percentage the likes of what Williams and Vitali have achieved together is fantastic. This animal may have too much power on the turf for the rest of the field. When they hit the top of the lane, he could put these away. This gelding is in nice form, having run a good race on Aug 17th, finishing first. I expect a lot from this mount. His speed figures under similar conditions are tops in this field.

Vulnerable Contenders: #6 ESCAPE VELOCITY (ML=5/2), #7 POLITICAL RIOT (ML=4/1), #5 BACK ALLEY CAT (ML=6/1),

ESCAPE VELOCITY - This gelding hasn't had any recent success in sprint affairs. Difficult to bet on him in this affair. The morning-line choice is shaky here with the lack of works. POLITICAL RIOT - Don't believe this mount will make a winning move in today's event. That last speed rating was pedestrian when compared with today's class rating. BACK ALLEY CAT - This gelding hasn't had any positive results in short distance events in the last couple of months. The speed rating last out doesn't fit very well in this clash when I look at the class rating of today's event. Mark this racer as a possibly overvalued equine.

GUEST COMMENTARY: Winston - VINTAGE KITTEN - I love to bet on horses which always finished in the money. Couldn't ask for much more out of this one. Let's bet on him.
