I'll take my chances the Blue Jays as a -148 home favorite against division rival Tampa Bay. Toronto has won 10 of their last 13. Hard to not like them in this spot. Rays are calling up Cooper Criswell as a Covid 19 replacement.
This will be his first big league appearance. He did have a start in late August last year. He only last 1 1/3 innings after giving up 3 runs on 6 hits (0 K's).
Blue Jays will have Jose Berrios on the mound. He's had his ups and downs in 2022, but all Toronto does is win when he starts at home. Blue Jays are 12-1 in his 13 home starts. Give me the Blue Jays -148!Comment

The Arizona Diamondbacks aren't just playing out the string. They have gone 10-6 in their last 16 games overall with eight of those wins as underdogs. They are hitting the cover off the ball right now in scoring at least 4 runs in 14 of their last 20 games overall, including 10 runs or more five times.
I like what I saw from Ryne Nelson in his first start for the Diamondbacks. He pitched 7 shoutout innings with 7 K's and only four base runners allowed in a 5-0 victory over the Padres as a +200 underdog. The Diamondbacks have proven they can get to Tyler Anderson of the Dodgers. Anderson has posted a 5.57 ERA and 1.461 WHIP in 14 career starts against them.
This also feels like a letdown spot for the Dodgers after winning their final two games in their series with the Padres over the weekend. The Diamondbacks will have no problem getting up for the Dodgers, and the value is too good to pass up tonight. Arizona is 5-1 in its last six Game 1's. Bet the Diamondbacks Monday.Comment
