Off three straight losses we can expect the Hurricanes to put the clamps on the Coyotes (who average just 2.6 goals per game this season) on Wednesday night. I'm not expecting a sudden offensive explosion from Carolina, however, noting that it has scored more than three goals only once in its last eight games and averages 3.4 goals per contest at home this season. The last three meetings between these two teams in Raleigh have all produced exactly three goals. Take the under.

Indeed, this is a tough spot for the Pistons. They're off a hard-fought win against the Nuggets, at high altitude, yesterday. Now, in addition to playing the second of b2b games, they'll be playing their fifth game in the past seven days. It'll likely catch up with them tonight and the Jazz will take advantage. Expect a blowout.
