8-Fort Wilderness (8-1)

Here’s an intriguing first timer with credentials to be a live item in this wide open turf router for maiden juveniles. Bred for grass on both sides of his pedigree, the homebred son of War Front from a multiple group stakes placed European mare has displayed plenty of promise in his morning workouts that includes a bullet gate work (4f, :47bg, fastest of 110) at Belmont Park in early November. With top grass rider Tyler Gaffalione taking the call and at 8-1 on the morning line, he’s worth a play in the win pool and in the various rolling exotics.

Gulfstream Park 7th Race – Post time: 3:09 ET
1-Hihellohowareyou (5/2)

Half-sister to the multiple stakes winning sprinting mare Hear My Prayer brought $220,000 at the OBS April sale, where she displayed good speed and efficient action in an impressive 10 1/5 seconds breeze. She has performed quite well in recent workouts as well and appears cranked and ready for this Florida-bred maiden sprint. The daughter of Awesome Slew must overcome the rail, but if she leaves cleanly she could easily daylight this field. Listed at 5/2 on the morning line, the Jose D’Angelo-trained filly should offer excellent value at or near that price.

Tampa Bay Downs - Race #7

#6 All Our Munny	Willing to give this guy a look at first asking for a team that won with a second-timer at this kind of level here last year at $24. Never know exactly how a match will work out, but having Munnings on top of Lady Belsara in the pedigree hints that he might be a useful six- or seven-furlong type. Take a look on the track.
#7 Richiesonaroll	He's meeting a couple of turnback pace types, and there's a chance he'll prove quickest of the bunch early. Think this one is more likely to go to someone a bit further off it, but I think he's best of the pace.
#5 Bank Frenzy	Guessing that Gulfstream debut run will prove useful as he heads into this second career start. He should benefit if the pace heats up, but I also wonder if he can sit a bit closer early on.
Race Summary	All Our Munny goes first out in a spot where a few of the logical players aren't known for passing horses, and maybe he can come along late with a first-out finish to land this at a decent price.

Tampa Bay Downs - Race #8

#2 Rock the Stars	He already turned in a good effort with similar here last month, and this team has been really good with similar types over the last couple years. Think there is a lot to like here with first jump on the finishers.
#8 Justintimeforwine	Speed faced softer last time out, but he certainly showed he could handle the local footing with that romping front-end win. He'll meet a couple of fairly worthy forward players, and I worry he's going to take too much heat early to hang late.
#3 Mr. Kringle	He's a good fit here, but he has been trying to clear this condition for some time now and probably isn't going to offer too appealing a price. Wouldn't surprise, but I lean elsewhere.
Race Summary	Rock the Stars is in good form right now and figures to find a good spot in the early going here. I think he's adaptable enough to react to whatever happens with the early pace -- there could be some chaos if all the forward players knock heads early.

Tampa Bay Downs - Race #4

#7 Instinctual	He should get a great trip in here while sitting right up near the pace, as there aren't many other forward players lined up in here. Think today is graduation day.
#5 Mccullough	He'll need better than he showed in the debut run, but that felt like an ok race, and he has some upside in this spot. Worry he's going to be a bit overbet with the top choice looking formidable.
#4 Carcano	Finishing sprinters are no sure thing to get around two turns, but this guy has moved in Kentucky like some added ground isn't going to be a huge concern.
Race Summary	Instinctual should get a beautiful trip up on the splits from this outside draw, and he should be able to get first jump on some of the other logical players who are likely to be running later.

Race Summary	FIGHTERTOWN awakened on the turf in his second start, finishing third behind Bat Flip, who came back to win in the $120,000 Central Park Stakes. He draws post 12 and was a vet scratch Nov. 18 at Aqueduct, but he’s still worth a win and place bet at anywhere near his 9-2 morning line.

#5 O’CONNER SUNSET (10-1	Didn’t sustain wide move at 6-1/2F, taken to upset off the claim.

Race Summary	O’CONNER SUNSET bid 5-wide from good striking position near the quarter-mile pole and flattened out on a sloppy Churchill Downs track. He enters a high-percentage claim barn and has a front-running, runner-up finish at this distance to summon. Bet to win and place and box a 5-7 exacta.

Had one of the best Equibase Speed Figures of this group of animals in her last race. CAJUN FANTASY - Has solid Equibase Speed Figures and has to be considered for a bet in here. Has been running in the most competitive company of the group lately. BROWN EYED BEAUTY - This equine must be bet on at the expected big odds. Has run admirably when travelling a dirt sprint race.

SILVER STYLE - I predict a 'dream' trip. Stalk the front runners, and make a 'slingshot' move on the turn. This colt is in fine physical condition. Ended up third on December 2nd. The 71 last race speed fig looks strong on paper. BANK FRENZY - This horse could be tough today, especially since Camacho rode in the last race and now should be familiar with this one. RICHIESONAROLL - When this jockey and conditioner join forces you have to take a look. Marin and Bennett have been fantastic together. Personally, I wouldn't worry about where he finished in his last race (fourth). Should improve in this event, with some respectable odds.

ALL OUR MUNNY - Don't believe this less than sharp equine is worth 8/1 in this contest. FALK - On a downward moving sequence. Speed ratings keep decreasing.
