I'll take my chances with the Cavs as a 2-point home favorite against the Nets. It's been quite a run for Brooklyn over the last month. The Nets are 12-1 over their last 13 and have won 8 in a row going into this game. The big thing to note is that Brooklyn has played just 4 road games during this stretch and the only one of those that came against a team that owns a winning record is the Pacers, who are just 17-16.
Cleveland has also been playing well of late. Cavs had won 5 straight prior to Friday's 107-118 upset loss at home. It was a really poor effort from Cleveland, who let the Raptors put up 118 points on 50% shooting. Not what you would expect from a Cavs team that is only giving up 104.3 ppg on 45% shooting at home this season. Cleveland still owns a 16-3 record at home this season and are 14-5 ATS in this games. I have no worries about them not being 100% locked in for this game, which simply makes the price too good to pass up. Give me the Cavs -2!Comment
