I like the Kentucky Wildcats (-2.5), as they are the better offensive team in this matchup and the Gators are (4-6) in their last 10 games played. Kentucky is also scoring the 119th most points per game and they have the 16th-highest adjusted offensive efficiency rating in the country. Florida is still without Castleton and they will struggle to consistently score against this Kentucky defense. The Wildcats are holding their opponents to the 110th least amount of points per game and they have the 86th-lowest adjusted defensive efficiency rating. They will make it hard for the Gators to consistently score and slowly pull away throughout this game.

I don’t see the Gators being able to control the paint, as Kentucky's size will give them a ton of problems. They will be able to get to the basket and consistently score inside while controlling the glass. Pick the Kentucky Wildcats and lay the points (-2.5) on the road.

I like the under (140) points in this game, as I see the Wisconsin defense showing up at home. They will keep the Hawkeyes from consistently scoring throughout this game, which will keep this total under the number. According to KenPom, the Badgers have the 29th-lowest adjusted defensive rating and the 351st-highest adjusted tempo rating. They will slow this game down and limit the number of shots that each team will take from the floor. This will keep the total under the number, as they won’t have enough opportunities to push this total under the number. Iowa is also (3-6) on the road this season, as they haven’t been the same team on the offensive end of the court when they aren’t playing at home.

Wisconsin has also struggled on the offensive end of the court this season, as I don’t see them efficiently scoring either. They are only scoring the 334th most points per game and they have the 335th-highest team shooting percentage. Both teams will go cold at different parts in this game and the total will remain under the number. Pick the under (140) and expect a low-scoring game.

I like the Clemson Tigers (-3.5), as they are (13-1) at home this season and this spread is simply too small. Syracuse has struggled on the road this season, as they are only (5-4) on the road. They are also (5-5 in their last 10 games and they have struggled on the defensive end of the court. They won’t get consistent stops and the Tigers will slowly pull away throughout this game. Clemson can score from anywhere on the floor and they will be much more comfortable at home. I can’t say the same about the Orange, though. They will struggle to knock down shots on the road and they will fall behind. Pick the Clemson Tigers and lay the points (-3.5).

The Jets have struggled against the Islanders in the past and they have struggled to put the puck in the back of the net in their last 10 games played. Off four straight losses, the Stars are going to be extremely motivated. The first three of those losses came against top tier teams. However, the most recent was against Columbus. That's unacceptable and Dallas will be all business, as a result. In addition to being extremely motivated and having home ice advantage, the Stars have a far superior team. They're also much healthier. Additionally, the Stars have the schedule in their favor. They're well-rested. The Hawks are playing the second of b2b games and their third game in four days. The last time that they played the second of b2b games, they lost 5-2. Before that, they lost 4-1. In fact, they're 0-8 when playing the second of b2b games. Six of the last seven of those losses came by more than one goal. Dallas rolls.
