There has been a lot of smoke surrounding Will Levis going to the Texans as he’s the current favorite, but I’m not buying it. There is a lot of uncertainty with Levis as a prospect, and if the Texans want to make a safer pick at No. 2, then Wilson or Anderson would be the best bet.
Bryan Bresee to be selected in Round 1 -180 (to win 0.5 units)

Bresee is a former No. 1 overall recruit who has battled some injuries and personal tragedy during his college career, stuntingn a bit of his production and growth. In a league where defensive line depth is vital, Bresee’s measurables will be hard to let slip to the second round.

Hendon Hooker’s stock is rising as fast as any prospect, and I’m going to buy in on the hype and bet on him getting drafted toward the back end of the first round. Quarterback is the premier position in the NFL, and with Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Anthony Richardson and Levis all slated to go early, teams might have a little FOMO and buy-in on Hooker earlier than they should.

Bijan Robinson has the potential to be a top 10 pick this year. While I don’t necessarily agree with drafting running backs in the first round, certain NFL offices have different preferences. Jahmyr Gibbs is the overwhelming favorite to be the second running back taken in the draft, and if a team towards the back of the draft feels the need to draft a playmaker in the backfield, Gibbs can provide that on the ground and through the air.
Second QB to be selected: CJ Stroud +105 (risk 0.25 units)

Similarly to the bets I made for the No. 2 pick, I buy the Will Levis hype as the second-best quarterback in this draft class. CJ Stroud has a much higher floor and a pretty high ceiling despite losing some of his shine over the past few days. If it were me, Stroud would be the second quarterback taken in the draft, and I like to think most NFL teams would think the same way.
