MOSIENKO - I sense an early speed duel developing here. If that happens, this mare will be in perfect position to reel in the leaders. Dropping 7 pounds from last race. Could be a deciding factor today. HOT FUDGE - Came home fast last time around the track at Belmont Park. That type of move bodes well for her chances in this race. I know the stable is serious today. The filly gets Lasix for the 1st time. CHI TOWN LADY - I like the piece of information that this filly's last speed fig, 87, is tops in this field. This animal earns a lot of dough per race. Tops in this affair. Lasix can take some getting used to, especially for a filly. They usually hit stride the 2nd time using it, like we have with this horse.

MOVIE MOXY - This mare is always around, but just doesn't finish on top. Hard to bet on her on the top end. The speed figure last time out doesn't fit very well in this affair when I look at the class figure of today's race. Mark this horse as a vulnerable competitor.

LA LA ANGEL - Today's race is 6 furlongs. Hasn't hit the board in a short distance race in the last couple months. Not the greatest of signs. This mare registered a speed rating in her last event which likely isn't good enough in today's race. NANA ROZE - That was just not a very good display in the last clash. Recent decreasing speed figs of 42/32/24 give an indication that this animal may be going off form. Not likely that the rating she recorded on May 25th will hold up in this clash. CARLY'S FLIGHT - 4/1 odds isn't enough for this one when examining the most recent showings. Mediocre speed figure last out at Mahoning Valley Race Cour at 6 furlongs. Don't think this vulnerable equine will improve too much in today's event.

I've got to go with ELUSIVE FREUD. Exhibits the look of a money-making play, averaging a solid 55 speed figure which is one of the strongest in this group of animals. Has to be considered based on the quite good Equibase Speed Figure recorded in the last outing. Seems to have a very strong class edge based on the latest company kept. STREETSTER - Will most likely go to the lead and might never look back. The speed rating of 59 from his most recent race looks competitive in here. IRA CHAMP - Buehrer has him trained strongly to break quickly out of the gate. Ran a very strong last race.
