Presque Isle Downs - Race #6

#1 Jill Jitterbug	Think she might get just enough pace to set things up for a late rally, and she has been knocking on the door in stakes company in recent tries. Might be tough here.
#1 Marissa's Lady	Her late 2022 form and first start back weren't much to write home about, but she has been facing a lot better than she's going to find in this spot today. Capable underlay?
#6 Baby No Worries	Her better stuff keeps her in the mix here, but she isn't always the most consistent runner and could be along too late here.
Race Summary	Jill Jitterbug will benefit if a couple forward players hook up early, and I think her recent running lines make her tough with a cozy trip waiting for her from the fence.

Presque Isle Downs - Race #7

#9 Air One	Think she's worth a little swing in here while rising to face winners for the first time, as her 3-year-old form here this season has been much improved, and I think she's in line for a great trip spying the early splits. Interesting.
#8 Quarterflash	Nothing wrong with the overall finishing form here, but I have a little worry that she's not going to get a blazing pace to kick at today. Possible.
#2 Merino Wool	Cutback player might be a touch better going longer than this right now, but she has been a decent fit with similar in recent races and doesn't seem overmatched at the sharper trip. Might be a bit overbet.
Race Summary	Air One has a little midrange price appeal while rising to try winners, as she brings the kind of positional pace to attack from the outside today, and I like the direction she's heading in right now.

Presque Isle Downs - Race #8

#8 Rolling Mo	She finds one of those murky pace scenarios where she'll meet a few other potential forward players, but she might find herself fastest early while stretching around two turns. She's got good tracking form going long, too, so she should make a perfect trip either way.
#5 Windy City Girl	Think she has a little appeal at a decent price, as she's better than she showed last time out and can probably sit a touch closer with a better break today.
#1 Red Pixie	She has good local form and rolled a group when returning here last time around, and something similar to that would probably do the trick. She's probably tough if she gets any kind of pace help.
Race Summary	Rolling Mo gets back around two turns with some pace to find herself a good spot near the top, and she has honest route form from the pace that might make her interesting at a midrange price.

Race Summary	ANCIENT MAN showed more speed in the mornings than on race days this year, but the combination of the class drop and inside post could make the winning difference if he breaks alertly. He appears all-or-nothing after a June 23 vet scratch. Play a 1-ALL exacta.

Hawthorne - Race #7

#7 NYOMAN (4-1)	Still going strong at age 11, loves to win, perfect spot to repeat.
#1 BAREFOOTBOOTLEGGER (5-1)	In top form, rallied to within a length of top one at 6F.
#5 BORN AGAIN GEORGE (9-2)	Regained top form, stands 6/2-1-2 at Hawthorne since December.
Race Summary	NYOMAN rallied past the even-money pace setter to become the second two-race winner in the field this year. The 11-year-old did it in more difficult race conditions and is well-spotted to enhance his 12-38 Hawthorne record. Bet to win and place.

Race Summary	LAWMAKER was ‘restless’ in the gate but broke second, chased the 7-2 leader to the stretch and got up in the final strides to break his maiden going a route of ground. He gets plenty of pace to rally into on the cutback to 7-1/2F and is taken to repeat as today’s Best Bet.

I've got to go with MY BOYS. Will most likely go to the front end and could never look back.
