While I am listing action for Tampa it will be McClanahan and the odds would be better worse if he is a late scratch. McClanahan's season numbers are great but in his last two starts he's gone 3 and 3 2/3 innings allowing 6 runs with a 4-5 K-W ratio. Rangers with a .295 BA and .837 OPS vs lefty starters while also a .502 SLG% and .860 OPS at Home which are both #1 in the MLB.
Dunning has a rare poor start last Saturday allowing 4 runs at Washington but in his prior 4 starts he has a .905 WHIP.
Both teams struggled prior to the All-Star and while TB won Friday & Saturday is was at KC and they lost yesterday 8-4. Rays now 2-8 since July 1st with two of the wins as -129 Fav.
Rays also only 10-18 as a Dog or fav to -125 including 5-12 on the road.

It is hard to argue that Baltimore is one of the hottest teams in baseball at the moment, but these Dodgers are right there in contention for that title as well!
Two big things stood out to me looking at this one, the Dodgers only managed to record one run against Scherzer and the Mets in their series finale and Grayson Rodriguez is back starting for the Orioles.
This season the Dodgers are averaging over 7 runs/game following a game that they put up 1 run or less. While this Orioles team has been hot, it has been MORE SO because of their bats than their pitching rotation and they have recalled Grayson Rodriguez as a result for this start against the Dodgers.
The Dodgers had gone over this number in 8 straight games prior to yesterday’s game against the Mets and Rodriguez has to take on those bats in his first start back from AAA. While most pitchers would prefer to make a start like this in the “comfort” of their home stadium … Rodriguez struggled more at Camden than he did on the roads in his first stint in the majors this season. He posted an ERA over 9.50 and a WHIP over 2.20 in Baltimore this season and allowed 16 ERs in his last 6 ⅔ IP @ H.
Over the L30 days the Dodgers are top 6 in the MLB in OB%, SLG%, OPS and wRC+! Despite that fact that there have been glimmers of hope for Rodriguez, the Dodgers are not the team you want to see when you are recalled, and not the team that are likely to boost your confidence as a pitcher. I would have liked them to bounce back from their offensive performance regardless of the pitcher, but with Rodriguez on the mound this is a must!
