My Analysis
They will not go down without a fight.
Last week the Bears rolled into Detroit with their starting QB back Justin Fields, who missed the previous 4 games with a dislocated thumb.
He was solid going 16 of 23 for 169 and rushed the ball 18 times for 104 yards.
The duel threat QB had the Bears in a position to win leading 26-14 with just under 5 minutes to go and let it slip away.
The takeaway from that game was the Bears were beyond competitive and deserved to win, Fields looked fantastic and they have a lot of positives heading into tonight.
Bottom line: They are a different team with Fields.
As for the Vikings, they have survived without Kirk Cousins going 2-1 without him primarily because of the play of journeyman Joshua Dobbs.
The problem is don't I trust Dobbs laying points against anyone. End of story.
With the Bears 6-1 ATS last 7 Monday night games and Fields back healthy, the dog in this one tonight is the only way to go.Comment
