Fair Grounds - Race #8

#4 Trust Issues	Solid Churchill rally might have him ready for something better at second asking, and I could very easily see that kind of run being a lot more potent over the local footing. Solid lean.
#3 Crafted	He's one of two going first out for Asmussen along with #9 Snow King, and I don't feel like this is the strongest special weight we're going to see all season. Wouldn't be a surprise for a team that knows how to land this kind of race.
#2 B Fifty Two	He was pretty one-paced in the debut run here last month, but he probably has some upside and might offer a bit more punch today.
Race Summary	Trust Issues turned in a good one at Churchill going five furlongs in the debut, and I think he makes a lot of sense in this kind of spot if he has any upside at all off that try.

Fair Grounds - Race #9

#6 Tempting Lady	She's back to the turf after a modest try last time out, but her only previous grass run came in the debut, so there might be more here while getting this legit route trip for the first time.
#7 Joyful Image	I thought we'd see something better from her in the debut at Keeneland, but she packed it in pretty tamely before the serious running started. Think she can do better with that under her belt.
#4 Not Tonight Joe	She was never particularly invested in running in that first start, but there almost has to be some upside here while getting blinkers, Lasix, and nine furlongs.
Race Summary	Tempting Lady didn't bring a top try last out when fading on the main at Churchill, but I imagine she might like her first turf route with a potentially cozy forward trip waiting for her.

Fair Grounds - Race #11

#12 Hoodlum	No real trust in his overall form, but there are a couple of decent finishing efforts on his page that came with much better, and he might be able to plug along late to land this.
#10 Conrado	Speed did good work this summer in Pennsylvania, and he has run well enough on dirt in the past to think he might be able to transfer something similar while racing off a short break.
#4 Rooster Run	He might have just enough upside in the second start back off a break to think he can be competitive here, but he often finds a way to get tired in the final yards. Think the top choice can pick him up.
Race Summary	Hoodlum has never been in this cheap and isn't meeting a tough group even for this level, so I think there's a chance one of his more decent tries would be pretty tough here.

#1 PAPA DO PAPA DO (7-2)	Took some money in debut at Aqueduct, tired, gelded since.
Race Summary	SIR BANANA BRIAN checked at the break and into the turn in a well-bet 5F debut at this level, but he showed a willingness to recover while staying on the rail. The track vet voided a claim on him, but we will give him the benefit of the doubt for a win and place wager as today’s Best Bet.

Gulfstream Park - Race #3

#5 DOVE IN CHARGE (5-1)	Exits solid race, been away six weeks since claim, worth a price shot
#4 NOVELLIE (8-5)	Wire-to-wire, 7F maiden breaker off similar rest, one to beat.
#1 HOW BOUT DAT (2-1)	Drew clear in win, pressed fave and gave way in faster-paced follow-up.
Race Summary	DOVE IN CHARGE chased the two favorites and couldn’t keep up on the class drop to this level last out. But the raced timed only 4/5 of a second slower than a same-day allowance for the boys, so she is playable while starting fresh for a new barn. Bet to win and place.

Gulfstream Park - Race #4

#1 MOUNT SINAI (7-5)	Returns to winning level, reunited with Paco, needs clean trip from the rail.
#3 CHLOE’S TOY (2-1)	Good first gear, broke maiden at distance, runs for cheapest tag yet.
#2 ROBYN AND ELI (8-1)	Late runner takes the plunge, adds blinkers, stands 6/0-0-0 on main track.
Race Summary	MOUNT SINAI drops to her maiden-breaking level and won’t offer much value, trying to negotiate the inside post at 5F. But she has posted steady numbers and should be able to stalk and pounce on a lively pace if LOVE RHAPSODY breaks alertly and presses the early issue with favored CHLOE’S TOY. Bet to win and place.
