THAT'S MY MAMA seems to be the wager in here. Has been running quite well and has among the top speed in the race for today's distance. Should be carefully examined based on the very good Equibase Speed Figure garnered in the last contest. A solid 76 avg class rating may give this filly a distinct class edge versus this field. PICKIN ANA GRINNIN - Always good to invest in a trainer with this kind of very good win percentage - 19 percent - at this distance & surface. Should come out strong - I have liked the way this filly has moved speedily to the lead recently.

POLISHED GEM - The jockey and trainer combination have a positive return on investment when they join forces. Have to give this mare a good shot. Ran a good effort in the last race within the last month. This animal has increased her speed ratings from a fig of 25 to 43 to 60 in succession. I believe this horse isn't a natural sprinter. Routing is her best game and those last two sprints should have her set for a big run today. GRAN CHEMIN - Last out, this one was in a race at Turfway Park in a race with an Equibase class figure of 86. Dropping considerably in class figure this time around puts her in a solid position in this field. I just may give this one a shot. Should improve off last race where she did run out of the money, but was within five lengths at the finish line. GIRLINTHEFIREPLACE - Really have to believe this horse is going to be right there near the finish line.

Have to be leery of this horse.

INDIO MARA - When checking today's class figure, he will have to record a much better rating than last time around the track to compete in this dirt sprint. BAILINTIN - This animal could stun this lot at a nice number. This filly has a good winning percentage in dirt sprint races.

I favor CAPE HEDGE here. Trejos has one of the most favorable jock ROI's on the grounds, returning to risk takers +3 percent. Had one of the top speed figures of this group of horses in his last contest. Win percentage under similar conditions may be the key for this gelding. HIGHWAY BOUND - This gelding has some longshot handicapping angles I like to play. The average class rating alone makes this one a key contender. WENTZ - Has respectable Equibase Speed Figures and has to be considered for a wager for this event. He looks competitive in this slot and I expect will be on the lead or close at the halfway point.

POBLANO - Utilizing this jockey/conditioner combination is a good choice. This filly has been posting some excellent workout times. I like this filly. Has the topmost earnings per race in this contest. MADEMOISELLEJACKIE - This race horse should be motoring down the stretch. AROUND THE SUN - When this rider and handler join forces you have to take a look. Hernandez and Arnold have been wonderful together. A repeat of that most recent race on October 18th where she notched a fig of 92 looks high enough to win in this event. For my money, a bullet workout is the best indicator of fitness there is. Look at that last one - 48.6. Very impressive. HURRY UP HANNAH - This filly was sharp enough to post a 'top two' workout recently. I think she's ready for today's event.

LAMASCO - Not normally the kind of horse one plays off of any type of very long layoff. When looking at today's class figure, she will have to earn a much better speed figure than last race out to compete in this dirt route. ICICLES - Hard to put your money on this speedball. Too much speed in the event. Notched a quite unimpressive speed fig in the last race in a Maiden Special race on November 16th. Not probable to see an improved performance off of that figure. ST. BENEDICTS PREP - This was a live one, but now this one hasn't been doing anything in the morning. Have to be a little leery of this animal.

OURRHYTHMNBLUES N - Have to make Brennan the wager here if only for the last thirty days win pct. Big likelihood for the victory. Tritton knows this nice horse well. Outstanding in the money results when starting together. TEAM MAC - Excellent in the money clip for Stratton and this harness racer. A very good probability to get the win. Pace makes the race is a favorite saying of this knowledge group. Pace figures here point to a sharp play.
