Look, I know these Lakers just got blown out by the Hawks and the Rockets, but I just don't see them not having revenge on these Celtics from an earlier season loss, having lost back to back games coming in and getting blown out of the water again when Lebron, AD and company have so much pride riding on this game. These two teams are not fond of each other and I think Lebron puts forth his best effort in Boston as he has always provided his best when they play in Boston when he was with the Cavs in those epic battles. I think the Lakers hang tough here with their motley crew of reserves even if Anthony Davis does not play and I think Boston comes out a little flat honestly as after the Hawks and Rockets blow out the Lakers, it's hard for these Celtics to get up for them as their glory is a little taken away.



5-Unit Play. #817. Take Stanford PK over Arizona State (Thursday @ 9pm est)

Let's get back on the saddle with a win today and try to move to a 5-1 run in cbb and 8-2 run overall. Per this selection, Stanford on the road makes sense for us even though Arizona State comes off a pair of losses at the state of Oregon. But, Arizona State beat Stanford earlier this year and this is a great bounce-back spot here for Stanford who comes off losing to their rival in California. And, that loss though Cal is a sub .500 team is a good loss because Cal is playing extremely well right now coached by Mark Madsen who I told you is an unbelievable coach and who has turned a 3 win program around. If you want to see something funny, YouTube mark Madsen and Shaquille O'Neal's story about him when they used to play together. Per this game, this is a Stanford team that has beat Utah and Arizona at home, they are a solid defensive team, they lost to their rival, they have revenge and we like their maturity to show here with a huge win on the road as they lost their last road game as well so the focus will be there. Arizona State is not a bad team at all, but they are young and inconsistent and we ride Stanford here.
