I know the owner of the site is aware and hopefully the issue should be fixed. Also, if it continues to be a problem, I noticed it would work fine on my laptop and was only an issue on my iphone.

What's going on with this site lately? I haven't been able to get in multiple times over the last few days.

My apologies for the downtime, we are getting an insane amount of bot/index traffic that is crashing the server. In all our years, this has never happened. If you look at the bottom of the forum main, you will see over 120,000 users (not members) on here at any given time. We usually average roughly 10,000-12,000 at any given time, so we are 10x on traffic and we cannot figure out a way to stop it. We did a robots.txt addition that was "supposed" to slow this down over the next 24-48 hours, but I have my doubts.

We did get an upgrade to vbulletin 6 that will be implemented soon, will give the forum a fresher look.

We will keep working on this until we can get it corrected. Appreciate your patience.

Thank you for the explanation. That's quite unfortunate. For the life of me, I don't understand why the people behind this nonsense get their jollies doing stuff like this. I've seen this happen to way too many helpful sites (like this one) and often times, it destroys the site and they end up closing down.

This morning I couldn't get my laptop nor the phone to work but now it's back to only working on the laptop. Maybe this will work for a few others as well until the problem gets solved.
