Take the Chicago Cubs on the Moneyline, This pick falls into one of my top MLB systems and this would be a premium play for me if it wasn't over my strict personal limit of a -150 opening line. Carlos Zambrano (4-2, 3.39 ERA) takes the mound for the Cubs and he has pitched solid over his last 3 starts with an ERA of just 0.89 while allowing just 5 hits and 1 earned run over his last 2 starts. John Danks (4-5, 4.81) get's the start for the White Sox and he has struggled over his last 3 starts with an ERA of 5.40 while giving up 4 homeruns. The White Sox are just 1-4 in their last 5 games after a win and they are just 2-8 in Danks last 10 starts as a underdog. The Cubs are 4-1 in their last 5 games as a home favorite of -151 to -200 and they are 10-2 in Zambrano's last 12 starts in game 1 of a series. The White Sox are just 1-6 in their last 7 games played at Wrigley and the Cubs are 6-1 in Zambrano's last 7 starts after a quality start in his last outing. .

The Indians are an undervalued team that has shown the propensity to win. They are winning at an 80% clip in their last 15 games. The Indians are the undervalued club here because their record may be a bit deceptive. The Tribe has already played eight games with the Yankees and Tampa Bay, five with Boston and Toronto, and six with the Tigers. They have had 42 of their 66 games against teams with .500 or better records and six others with a team one game under .500. That represents an unbelievable 73% of all their games against good teams, and for the most part, shorthanded. Today, we have them against a team that has struggled in the role of a road favorite as well as interleague road games and against left-handed starters. This puts me firmly on the Indians on the runline here

Millwood has been dominant lately with him not allowing an ER in his last 14.7 innings. Wandy Rodriguez has a 3.74 ERA on the road this year with a 1.57 WHIP. Both teams have struggled with the bats recently, but the Rangers have scored 5.5 runs per game at home and 5.4 runs per game against left-handed starters so I see them as the ones who bounce back here.
