4* Major 33-0 ATS Friday Night NCAAB *BEST BET* on Wisconsin Green Bay +8 After getting crushed by 23 points at Butler, expect a quality Wisconsin Green Bay club to be motivated enough to give the Bulldogs a serious scare tonight. Right away, I like the fact that plays on home underdogs of 3.5 to 9.5 points revenging a loss where they scored less than 60 points, against an opponent off a blowout win by 20 points or more over a conference rival, are 39-14 ATS the last 5 seasons. But, perhaps even more relevant is the fact that Green Bay is a perfect 8-0 ATS in home games revenging a loss vs. an opponent over the last 2 seasons. And furthermore, WGB is 8-0 ATS off a win by 10 points or more over a conference rival over the last 2 seasons. And I'm not done yet; Butler is 0-7 ATS after a cover as a double digit favorite over the last 2 seasons and 0-6 ATS in its last 6 games as a favorite of 7.0-12.5 points. And lastly, the home team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings. Take WGB and the points.

4* Major NBA "Total" Dominator on Lakers/76ers UNDER 204 I expect these two teams to keep this total Under the 200 mark tonight. The Lakers are 10-2 Under after a blowout win by 15 points or more this season, with the average total score coming in at just 190.1 in these spots. After an easy win over Indiana, the Lakers will be much more concerned about being fresh for their next game against Boston than they will about hammering the 76ers. Plus, this is the Lakers 6th straight road game so I expect Phil Jackson to give his bench plenty of minutes tonight, and that bench hasn't been getting the job done over the course of the season. Philly has played to the Under in 5 straight and 8 of its last 9 games as it has been held under the century mark in 7 of its last 9 contests. The Under is also 6-0 in the 76ers' last 6 home games. We'll take the Under here.

3* Friday Night NBA SMASH on Blazers +6 I know the Blazers will be without Brandon Roy tonight but they have not been hopeless without him as LaMarcus Aldridge has picked up the slack. I like Portland catching these six points for a few reasons tonight. First off, the Blazers are only allowing 93.5 ppg on the road this season. Secondly, the Rockets are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games as a home favorite. And thirdly, the Trail Blazers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. I'll take the points here.

3* SMASH on Memphis Grizzlies +5 The Spurs are coming off a much-needed win over Atlanta, but they'll have a difficult time getting past one of the hottest teams in the NBA tonight without Tony Parker on the floor. The Grizzlies have won 7 of their last 8 with that lone loss coming by just 2 points on the road, including a 92-86 win over the Spurs. We can't exactly bank on revenge from the Spurs either when you consider that they are just 3-13 ATS in home games revenging a same season loss over the last 2 seasons and 5-19 ATS revenging a road loss vs. an opponent over the last 2 seasons. Expect Memphis to take the Spurs right down to the wire.

FREE PLAY 1 Unit on Indiana Pacers +6.5 After getting completely embarrassed by the Lakers Wednesday, expect the Pacers to show up at home against the short-handed Cavs (Mo Williams out, Delonte West Doubtful) tonight. Indiana is on an awesome 14-3 ATS run as a home underdog of 6.5 to 12 points, losing in these spots by just 1.2 points on average. The Pacers are also 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a S.U. loss and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. loss of more than 10 points. Golden St is 4-10 straight up their last 14 games. Monta Ellis scores 26 points a game along with 5.6 assists a game. Forward Corey Maggette scores 20.5 points a night and grabs 6.1 rebounds. Point guard Stephen Curry scores 14 points and dishes out 4.6 assists a game. Forward Kelenna Azubuike scores 13 points a night. Anthony Randolph and Anthony Morrow score 11.6 and 11.5 points a game. The Warriors are allowing over 111 points a game and they are 2-9 ATS after allowing 120 or more points in their last game. Charlotte is playing great basketball going 12-5 straight up their last 17 games. Stephen Jackson was traded from Golden St to Charlotte because he wasn't getting along with head coach Don Nelson. Jackson scores 21.1 points a game and he is just what Charlotte needed. Forward Gerald Wallace scores 18.6 points and 11 rebounds a night. What exactly makes Princeton the favorite here? The Tigers are 7-1 over their last eight games but because of the academics taking precedence as is the case every year, they have played only one game since January 6th, a span of 24 days. That one game resulted in a 53-point home win but it was against Goucher College, a Division III liberal arts and sciences college located in Baltimore. Good job Princeton. Now the Tigers begin Ancient Eight action on the road in what is likely going to be a rusty comeback. Despite playing the 275th ranked schedule in the nation, Princeton is getting outshot from the floor, getting outshot from long range, getting outrebounded while possessing a 0.85 assist/turnover ratio. Those averages and variances right there tell me this team has no business laying points on the road in Ivy League action. Brown is certainly no prize either as it has been up and down most of the season. The Bears are already 1-1 in conference action as they split their series with Yale with each team victorious on the opponent’s home floor. Brown comes into this game more tested and there are three great examples as it lost on the road to Virginia Tech, St. John’s and Providence. The important factor is that the Bears covered all three of those games which included a near upset of the Red Storm. The Bears posses two all conference big men as forwards Matt Mullery and Peter Sullivan lead the way. Mullery leads the team in scoring at 15.3 ppg, rebounding with 5.8 rpg, assists with 56 and blocked shots with 30. Sullivan is the second leading scorer and is close to being back at full strength after being limited in both of those Yale games and he being even near 100 percent again is huge. The matchups here definitely favor the Bears as the Tigers are far from being the most athletic team in the Ivy League. If the Bears can be disciplined on offense and crash the boards, it can put pressure on a Tigers team that is averaging only 57.9 ppg this season. Brown is 4-1 ATS in its last five games as an underdog of fewer than seven points while Princeton is 2-5 ATS in its last seven games as a road favorite of fewer than seven points. 3* (830) Brown BearsComment
