                          The Clippers are just 6-21 straight up and 8-18-1 ATS since changing head coaches in early February and their chances of being a competitive team ended when they traded away key component Marcus Camby at the All-Star break. The Knicks have lost the first 4 games of this 5 game road trip to better teams and they should be excited to play a team that is worse than them to try to salvage one win out of this trip. The Knicks have covered the spread 13 consecutive times when rested after losing and failing to cover consecutive games, so double-digit losses at Portland and Golden State actually is a plus for them tonight. The Clippers gave a good effort last night in an 8 point loss as a 14 point dog at Denver, but that spread win actually has them applying to a negative 12-59-1 ATS situation tonight. The Clippers also aren't good enough to take advantage of bad defensive teams, as they are just 7-20 ATS against the bottom 9 teams in the league in points allowed per game, of which New York is obviously one of. My ratings favor the Knicks by 1 point here and I'll take New York in a 3-Star Best Bet at +1 or more and for 2-Stars at pick or -1.

                          Play Strength: 3-Stars at +1 or more, 2-Stars at pick or -1.
