Matt Rivers of OffshoreInsiders says take the Texas Rangers plus the number. They are getting 108.

Maybe I’m still holding out hope that the old Rich Harden will return as the guy was not only great but appearing to be a special hurler. But injuries sidetracked the Cadian righthander and a few teams later we are looking at an older more broken down version of Harden. But with that said to get plus money with the surging Rangers and a pitcher that is still of high quality and far from being washed up is a definite must play in some capacity.

The Blue Jays have been a lot better than people thought they would be as Vernon Wells and the fellas are a competitive squad. Toronto also can win this game as I’m not calling it a mortal lock but it’s just too good of a deal to pass up on the probable superior squad.

Nelson Cruz and that powerful bat is possibly going to be back in the fold and with Josh Hamilton heating up Ron Washington’s club is looking like the class of the AL West right now. I’m not going to go too crazy because the Rangers are not anything better than good but they have the superior offense and even with the Jays having a fairly hot young lefty in Brett Cecil on the bump I still can’t help but favor Harden.

It’s never easy traveling up North of the border and I give these Jays some credit for looking good thus far. But when one can get pretty much the better everything in a game and still not have to lay anything then I’m all for it.

Whenever Jamie Moyer has a brilliant performance over his tenure in Philly, he usually has a shaky outing. He has done this time and time again and I wouldn't be surprised if it happens here once again. I've always faded Jamie off of a great start and this should be no different. The wily veteran comes off a complete game shutout of the Braves at home yielding just two hits. Simply brilliant. But, he did this earlier this year giving up no runs on six innings to the Braves on the road and then in his next start gave up ten hits to the Giants on the road. He followed that start up with five runs to the Mets at home. I look for Jamie to havea bit of a rough outing on the road at Milwaukee on Friday in a bit of a let down. Having said that, with over 70% of the public on the Phillies as well, this sets up for a public burial as well. Bush gets the ball for the Brewers and do note that he has pitched in four straight overs and although he pitches against his old team, this should be no different. I expect both of these offenses to have some success in Milwaukee for this contest as the 'Over' is 10-1 for the Phillies on the road when the total is set this high and the 'Over' is 14-3-1 for the Brewers in their last 18 home games versus a left handed starter.
