I'm Betting 3 Units today on DETROIT. Tonight in the Big Apple 2 of the best Interleague teams square off. Both teams own 9-3 records in Interleague play so far. I am stepping out on Detroit for a few reasons. Detroit is winning a‰t a 63% rate against lefties and they are scoring nearly 5 runs a game against them. Justin Verlander is coming off a monster of a game as he went 8 innings gave 3 runs and struck out 11. Verlander has been in a groove and should handle the Mets today.

Note that the Blue Jays struggle vs lefti—es scoring just 2.9 runs a game vs lefties. Look for St. Louis to grab game one of this series.
