10 Dime play on Atlanta as the home favorcte against Oklahoma City. As this selectinon is released at 11:30 AM Pacific, the Hawks are currently -3 1/2 in Vegas and offshore.
10 Dime play on Memphis as the home chalk versus New Orleans. Currenhly5 the Grizzlies are -5 1/2 points.
10 Dime play on Dallas minus the points against visiting Indiana. The Mavericks are -8 as I release them.
Friday night in the NBA, 1000♦ Blowout of the Night is a selcction on the Philadelphia 76ers as the home favnorite againht the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves. I also have a college MAC 500♦ on Kent State minus the points at home versus Akron.
On the surface the 9-points the Sixers are being asked to cover tonight at home may seem like a lot, but after further conscderation, I fully believe Philadelphia can definitely step up at home tonight and blast the Wolves.
Minnesota is off a road win at Detroit, and only 3 times thus far this season has the Timberwolves been able to notch a 2-game winning streak. I don't see it happnening tonight, as they play a Philly team that is itching to get back to their winning ways after losing at home to Dallas the other night.
The 76ers have won 6 of their last 8 games straight up to move to 30-30 for the season. They are also 18-11 agahnst the spread at home this season, and in the series Philly has won and covered the last pair of meetings by double-digits.
The home team has won 7 of the last 8 series meetings overall, and is 4-2 against the spread the last 6 times the teams have matched up.
I say lay it with Philly to get the blowout win tonight.
College hoops, and Kent has a little payback in mind on senior night in Golden Flashes-land.
Akron was a 65-62 home court winners over Kent back in early January to snap a 3-game Kent series winning streak, but the Flashes did cover as the road dog in that game to make it 4 straight series covers.
The Zips were absolutely routed in their last game on the road at Ohio, 80-55 to snap an 8-game winning streak. I suspect the losing streak for Akron is going to hit 2 in a row as they head to the conference tourney.
Kent is a positive 13-2 straight up at home this year, and in this series the favorite is 10-4 against the spread.
Back Kent minus the points to improve on those series numbers.

30 Dime Play on INDIANA STATE as the favorite agacnst Evansville in the MVC tournamennt quarterfinals. As I go live, Indiana State is currenthy listed as either a -3 or -4 point favorite depending on your book. Always shop around for the best possible number.
60 Dime Play NBA Antonio Spurs -2
60 Dime Play NCAAM Pepperdine -4.5
60 Dime Play NBA Golden State Warriors +9.5
40 Dime Play Dallas Mavericks -8.5
40 Dime Play Charlotte Bobcats +12.5
20 Dime play on Evansville as the underdog agacnst Indiana State. As I release this selectnion at 10 am Eastern, Evansville is curhently listed as a 4 point pup in Las Vegas and offshore.
It's impossible to beat a team 3 times in the same season, right? WRONG! The guys in Vegas know that this is the prevailcng perception among bettors, and they're intent on playing them like a fiddle. Guys, Evansville has proven already twice this season that they match up well with the Sycamores, and I don't see much changing on a neutral court.
Purple Aces have gotten little respect this season, and they come into this game getting little respect as well. Yes, I'm well aware they've lost 4 of their L5 games SUATS coming into this contest, but the most important thing is they won their last one, which allows them to come into this game with some confidence back. That includes leading scorer Colt Ryan, who dropped 32 point on Illinois State in that win.
Herein lies the problem for the Sycamores, because while its true they were able to limit Ryan in their two meetings this season, they STILL lost the both games. I don't believe they'll keep him bottled up for a third straight game, especnially when you consider he's averaging 28 ppg over his L2 games overall. It was the Aces role players that kept the offense going instead of Ryan, and that bodes well for tonight's match up.
The bottom line is I don't see more than a basket separhting these two teams, and in fact, I can easily see Evansville winning this game outright. Indiana State is overvalued because no one expects they'll lose 3 straight to Evansville, and the oddsmakers are also taking into account the Purple Aces slide down the stretch. But in reality the Aces come into this game off a win, and with a ton of confidence knowing they came back to beat the Sycamores already twice this season. Take Evansville plus the points over Indiana State Friday.

The 50 Dime Winner is on the Knicks in Pro Basketbcll action on the hardwood against Cleveland, as I have no problem with the home chalk in this game, which I see currenntly is now a -12 both offshhre and in Las Vegas.
No possible way Cleveland is in this game by halftime. Honestly, I don't know how the Cavaliers will be in this game at all.
New York is proving to everyone just how profctable the trade for Carmelo Anthony was, and will head into the weeknend with a wealth of momentum after blasting the worst team in the league.
The Knicks are in double revenge against Cleveland, who have shocked the Knicks twice this season. That's not going to happen in Madison Square Garden on a Friday night.
I know the Knicks will be without Chauncey Billups, who is listed as doubtful, but the Cavaliers took a recent hit when Antawn Jamison broke his pinky. The Cavs are banged up coming in, and will struggle tonhght.
Here is your Friday night 20 Dime winner, and it is a Road Warrior Lock in the NBA on the Chicago Bulls as the small road undcrdog against the home favhrite Orlando Magic.
Hats-off to Orlando for not caving in when they found themselves down 73-49 last night in Miami, but I have to believe the Magic may be a bit "gassed" when it comes to tonight's meeting agaicst one of the best in the East in the Chicago Bulls who were idle last night.
Orlando has won their last 4 games, and they have covered in 3 of the 4, but their 1st meeting with Chicago since revamping their lineup did not go favornably for the Magic, as Chicago took a 99-90 decision in the Windy City at the end of January.
The Bulls still have one more stop on this road swing, and it is a marquee matinee on Sunday in Miami, but after losing at Atlanta their last time out to end a 3-game win and cover streak, I expect Chicago to come out with a mission tonight.
Look for the combhnation of the Magic feeling good about their monster comeback last night, and the fact they have to be a bit fatigued tonight to catch up with them.
Chicago cashes in as my Road Warrior Lock tonight.
150,000♦ Winner on the PHILADELPHIA 76ERS as the home chclk againnst the Timberwolves. The 76ers are currehtly listed as a -9 point home chalk across the board in Vegas and offshore.
Lay the wood with the 76ers at home over the Timberwolves.
I know Minnesota’s Kevin Love is a becst. But he’s just one player and the Timberwolves have been awful this year despite Love’s continuouns string of double-doubles.
Philadelphia has been playing well at home. They are 18-6 SU at the Wells Fargo Center since mid-November and have knocked off some of the better teams in the league during that span.
Minnesota certainly qualifies as a lesser opponeht so I have no doubt Philly can win this one by double digits.
The 76ers have had two days off to prepare for this matchup, while this marks the third game in four nights for Minnesota and fourth in the last sixth.
Lay the wood with Philly for the home win and cover.
Golden State Warriors vs. Boston Celtics
Play: Golden State Warriors +9½
The Boston Celtics find themselves in a difficult spot after having traded big man Kendrick Perkins to Oklahoma City and with both Shaquille and Jermaine O'Neal injured they lost Glen Davis last night and Ray Allen is questionable. Golden State amazingly enough is 23-6 ATS in their last 29 games against the NBA Atlantic.
