7-Unit Play. 11-1-08 Take Pittsburgh Pirates -120 over St. Louis Cardinals (Monday @ 6:40pm est)
We roll with the Pirates here who are in a solid spot. You get a Pirates pitcher that has solid revenge and is on a bounce-back that comes off one of his shakiest starts of the year and you combine it with a Cardinals pitcher that comes off one of his best starts and who did quite well against the Pirates last time and it sets up for a beautiful bounce-back for a Pirates team that is playing quite well right now. Keller is having one of his best years, if not his best after 4 solid years of pitching, he has a mid 3 era, comes off 3 walks his last game so he will be focused and did not last more than 3 innings and had only 3 strikeouts. This is the same pitcher that dominated the Mets, Reds, Twins, Braves and others prior to this and we love him to bounce-back in a big way today.
