There are a lot of things to love about this play. We'll start with the Hoosiers who just keep cashing overs on their team totals, as they've scored 31+ in every game this season. New coach Curt Cignetti has a very aggressive style he wants his teams to play, and it has absolutely clicked this season. IU is 5-0, and their offense keeps getting better as their lowest team total this season was in the first game of the season, and last week was their first game in the Big 10, and they dominated in a 42-28 win. Cignetti has a saying he uses in recruiting, “It's simple. I win. Google Me”. It's that attitude that he puts into his offensive game plan, as there is no let up, and they keep the pressure on throughout the entire game. IU is 2nd in 3rd down conversions, 3rd in points per game, and 9th in yards per game so far. Their QBR is 6th in the nation, and they average 6.8 yards per play and now that the Hoosiers are ranked in the Top 25, I expect them to keep pushing the pressure on opponents as they look like a team who wants to run up the score if possible to earn some style points.
Northwestern is 2-2, and their two wins were against abysmal opponents in Miami (Oh) and Eastern Illinois who have combined for a 2-7 record, and in their two games against teams with a pulse, they lost to Duke and Washington. The loss to Duke was in OT, but the loss to Washington was alarming as they got blown out 24-5, and Washington had the ball for 33 minutes and they threw for 247 yards and rushed for 144 yards, and their offense isn't as good as Indiana's in my opinion.
The weather looks to be great at this point so I expect another big offensive week from the Hoosiers.

We're taking Under 49 points on Saturday in the Sun Belt Conference matchup between James Madison and Louisiana-Monroe.

Coming off back-to-back performances where the Dukes have put up a massive 66.5 PPG on average, an under might be the last thing to consider when looking to back a team that ranks #1 in offensive scoring this year against fellow FBS-level opposition.
Yet that's exactly what we're going to do in this one when James Madison takes on UL Monroe this weekend over in Malone Stadium, owing in large part to how underrated both of these teams have been defensively this year.
James Madison ranks 17th in the nation in opponent red zone conversion rate this season, and have been elite at holding onto the ball for long periods as well, ranking top-15 in total rushing yards per game this year.
For Louisiana-Monroe it's been largely the same, ranking just shy of the top-20 overall in terms of passing defense this season, as well as #1 in the nation in opponent red zone scoring opportunities per game also.
The Warhawks also rank top-5 in scoring defense at home this year, showing in their last effort against UAB a few weeks ago just how watertight they've been in Monroe, giving up just 2.6 yards per rush to the Blazers on average on top of their already stellar passing defense.
Finally, despite their colossal high scores across the past couple of weeks, James Madison hasn't been all that clinical themselves in the red zone, ranking joint-73rd in conversion percentage this season. Their numbers on the road drop even further (by almost 7% on average), with a large part of their 70 points against North Carolina two weeks ago coming from the Tar Heels five turnovers in that game.
Louisiana-Monroe have given up exactly zero turnovers in Malone Stadium this season, and rank top-30 in the country in that category overall, so the Dukes can't rely on errors here if they're going to overcome the Warhawks on Saturday.
Take Under 49 points on Saturday in a game we expect both defenses to show up in between the Dukes and the Warhawks.
