Fair Grounds - Race #6

#7 Sikara Sikara	Think she's going to get the run of the race while tracking a couple quicker players drawn a couple stalls inside of her, and I think the dirt form on her page is deceptively good.
#1 Drewsilla	Nothing to write home about from the declining this summer and the no-show in her first start of the meet here last out on the turf. There are some back races on her page that would smash these on the drop, but trying to figure out how far off that kind of form she might be at this level right now is the big question.
#3 Visionista	She has been in with better and owns a couple decent enough local runs. Could see her coming along too late into the short stretch, but she's not going to be a huge surprise to anyone if she lands this.
Race Summary	Sikara Sikara should draft in for a perfect run while settled in behind a couple of speedier types, and she might still have a little room to come forward today in her third start of the winter season.

Fair Grounds - Race #7

#8 Amentum	Tactical type couldn't stay on the main last out but has some room to bounce back today while getting back over to the turf. Think the two-back Horseshoe Indianapolis run at this level would probably do the trick.
#11 Jungle Law	His hit-or-miss form is a real concern for me, but there are a couple decent tries on the page with better, and he has enough positional pace to find a spot from the high draw.
#4 Stradivarian	I like the way he finished up last time out, and he's probably just a touch more tactical than he showed that day. His better stuff makes him one of the ones.
Race Summary	Amentum has some room to bounce back while moving over to the turf, and he might find a pretty sweet spot while tracking the pace early. Lead with #13 Brilliant Call if on the main.

Fair Grounds - Race #8

#3 Diamonds Joy	There are a couple of potential prompting types who could make things a bit tough for her, she's probably the most committed on her better days. She has already run well a couple times here this meet and should be right there again.
#8 Sparkle of Hope	Dropper was an easy winner for more than three times this price when last seen at Churchill in November, and maybe there just aren't a lot of more appropriate spots for her locally right now. That said, I still don't love the drop off the slight break following a win, and I worry the price is going to get short.
#4 Zoom Erin	Considered her on top, but I'm a bit worried that she peaked in her current form cycle last time out and might be sitting on a step back today. Capable -- tough call.
Race Summary	Hoping the presence of the dropper Sparkle of Hope will help keep the price playable on Diamonds Joy, who might be able to scoot away and get enough of a jump to hold.

SING SCAT - When this jockey and handler join forces you have to take a look. Iorio and Davis have been great together. VIKING QUEEN - A horse coming back this soon after a strong effort is a good signal. SPUNFORFUN - Looking like an overlay in this field at morning odds of 12/1. Finished fourth in last race at Tampa Bay Downs but was close at the finish line. Gil and Avila perform well when they combine forces. It's hard to beat a +100 ROI for a rider and handler. I like this filly. Has the topmost earnings per race in here. Avila gets a break on this animal carrying 5 lbs less than last out. Could make the difference in this race.
