Mahoning Valley - Race #3

#3 Atomic Kiss	Not sure the price is going to be much here, but she moved forward nicely last time out and fits well with a very modest local group. Suppose my main worry is that she winds up with too much to do late?
#1 Estilo Unico	She seems like the most reasonable alternative while making her local debut, as she has some speed and has not always folded up late like she did last out.
#5 Sky Portrait	Nothing much from her in a couple Gulfstream starts last September, but maybe a change of scenery while racing fresh with blinkers will give her a chance to show something better.
Race Summary	Atomic Kiss is one of the few in here with any proven ability to get past horses, and that should serve her well with a group that includes a couple inside pace players.

Mahoning Valley - Race #5

#7 Bionic Saint	Not sure she's the most likely winner in here, but she showed some signs of life last time out and may still offer a decent price with a potential outside attacking trip in store. She's not super quick, but there isn't a ton of speed signed on, and she at least led at the first call once. Hoping she's in play from the start.
#6 Shemitebeaporche	She finished a few lengths ahead of the top choice when they met last out, and this one has enough tactical pace to adapt as this race unfolds depending on who wants to take a shot up top.
#4 Mystical Mobil	Not sure which filly shows up today, but her better stuff is competitive with this group. She makes sense on paper but I'm not super enthusiastic about her one way or another.
Race Summary	Bionic Saint might land in a decent enough spot early if she can flash a little pace in a spot without any committed speed. Ready to graduate off the improved run last out?

Mahoning Valley - Race #8

#9 Sight Unseen	Willing to take a midrange price shot here as this one steps up off the claim. Not sure his best stuff is quite as good as some of these, but I think he should be in the right kind of spot on the backstretch and may be able to plug away for a slice or more with the right trip.
#3 Patient Capital	He was a good second last out when 8/5 with similar, and his recent baseline makes him the one to beat right back with this crew. Tracking trip could land this, but I'm guessing the price won't be that appealing.
#2 Counteveryblessing	He can bring something better than that last one, but I'm guessing he'll be along too late to snag top honors here. That said, I think he's another midrange price with a chance.
Race Summary	Sight Unseen has been in tough in a couple tries at this level in New York, but maybe now is the right time for him to get another chance while in really good form for the new team. This isn't always the biggest rise on a circuit like this.

Race Summary	CLARAMENTE ‘walked off’ in her debut but was bet down to even money in her second go-round at Woodbine. She willingly chased the 5-2 winner from start to finish, now must travel an extra furlong. Bet to win and place and play 2-3 and 2-6 exactas.

Tampa Bay Downs - Race #3

#3 PIZZICATO (3-1)	Wide trip in long sprint, projects ideal trip today, running out of chances.
#5 BURNING STAR (2-1)	Debuts for barn in midst of 14-53 run with maiden claimers.
#2 FORTUNE DREAMS (6-1)	Late interest at notch above for new barn, gets in light.
Race Summary	PIZZICATO, 5-wide on the backstretch, drew even with the leaders a quarter mile from home but leveled off in the stretch at 7F. She could sit a perfect stalking trip on the cutback to 6F and break through with a win in her 12th start. Bet to win and place and play 3-2 and 3-5 exactas.

Tampa Bay Downs - Race #4

#5 UNDALAY (6-1)	Good try on drop to this level for Gulfstream Park shipper, big odds should cease.
#2 MONEY SONG (3-1)	In good form cycle, finished first or second in 7 of 19 starts at Tampa.
#11 FORT ATTITUDE (15-1)	Ran in tougher condition on short rest, outside post the concern.
Race Summary	UNDALAY ‘dug in’ after dueling between foes on the turn but couldn’t fend off a trio of deep-closing favorites at 5-1/2F. He retains betting value on his second start under the same conditions. Bet to win and place and play a 2-5-11 exacta box.

Have to bet on this mare with the solid earnings per start in dirt sprint races. Is a solid contender - given the 55 speed figure from her most recent race. POUR ME A DRINK - Could beat this group of horses in this race given the 51 Equibase Speed Figure posted in her last outing. Recent figures for the rider - 20 win percent - make this filly stand out in this group. FUNNY ROAD - I like the jockey on this filly - very good chance to win the race.

END OF THE RAINBOW - Faced tougher last out at Parx Racing. Based on Equibase class ratings, this is a weaker bunch, so I will put this animal on my list of choice plays. JAYCE AND LIAM - The jockey and conditioner combination have a profitable ROI when they are put together. Pennington comes to ride after getting to know the filly in the last race. I like to play this angle, a thoroughbred coming back off a solid contest within the last 30 days. I like the piece of information that this filly's last speed rating, 57, is tops in this group. FLAG SONG FLYIN - You'll be making money left and right by turning your racing money onto this rider/trainer combination. Dropping down in class figure points from her January 30th race at Parx Racing. Based on that knowledge, I will give this horse the edge.

Vulnerable Contenders: #3 SUNNY SIDE UP (ML=7/2), #6 LADY ROBO (ML=9/2), #2 SISTER EVE (ML=8/1),

SUNNY SIDE UP - Finished fourth in her most recent race with a most unsatisfactory speed rating. When I look at today's class rating, it would take an improved performance to score after that in this group. LADY ROBO - Didn't come through as the public's top choice twice. Probably won't gain a top finish today either. SISTER EVE - Don't believe this questionable contender will make an impact in today's event. That last speed figure was disappointing when compared with today's class figure.

GUEST COMMENTARY: Winston - JAYCE AND LIAM - Englehart has found a softer field for this filly today. Last contest was nowhere near as competitive as this one.

Could provide positive profits based on competitive recent speed figures with an average of 75.

Excellent in the money results when starting as a team. When the trainer Bongiorno puts Napolitano up for the drive respectable things happen. Take a look at the 25 win percent. COLD CREEK FELIPE - Chances are greatly enhanced for horses coming from the 1 position at Yonkers Raceway. This fine animal has shown us some prior ability, just look at the 81 avg class ranking. Should play well in this event.
