Some more stats to consider:

When the total is 200 or less, the overs are 11 and the unders 6.
When the total is over 200, the overs are 2 and the unders are 14.

Flat betting on this statistic would have resulted in a 25-8 record. I'd bet on those odds any day. Of course, that's just the games I've put in here. I would have to go back and look at all the games to see if that holds true all the time, or just my picks.
