Here's a working link to HOLLINGER'S TEAM STATISTICS page, which is supposed to be available only to those who signed up for ESPN 'Insider'

It features elusive NBA stats sortable by PACE FACTOR, ASSIST RATIO, OFF EFF, DEF EFF, REBOUND RATIOS, etc.

I was searching high and low for Pace Factor rankings and found this link from another site that said I would need to be an Insider to open it, but it seems to be working!
