WTF happened to Southern Miss?

Can someone explain this to me because I'm not wrapping my mind around it. Southern Miss jumps out to a quick 14-0 lead against UCF and then somehow manages to sleepwalk through the rest of the game and not even come close to covering the 15 pt spread. I know laying 15 is alot but UCF sucks and SM was supposed to have a top notch offense...

Any thoughts?

Sounds like they came out real flat after halftime, giving up 20 points in the 3rd quarter.

Dam, your right.

I didnt watch the game or anything, but looking at the box score, it looked to me like So.Miss was still in control after getting up by 14. UCF never got closer than 7 the rest of the way, and were down around 10 for just about the whole game.

the think that screwed you was that So.Miss scored to go up 13 with 1.43 left, went for two, instead of the xp, which makes no sense.

It wouldnt have mattered anyway, UCF scored a td with less than 90 seconds left.
