Should some I-AA teams be ranked in the top 25?

Watching all these 1-AA teams knock off the big schools I think its time to see them in the top 25 . I'd put James Madison at 25 right now

I dont think they should, but on the other hand, I remember when Steve McNair was a finalist for the Heisman when he was at Alcorn St. so who knows?
