I tend to think that teams on winning streaks can be hurt be a bye week, that it may interrupt the flow and routine they have set up, where as the Eagles off a bye have been outstanding, and the timing was perfect as they needed the break to get their heads right.
Atlanta may be 6-0, but they have gotten there playing average and below average teams (sweeping the AFC West is not a big resume builder, Carolina is 1-5 and their QB is a play away from taking the ball and going home, and the Redskins defense has been paper thin). The combined record of the Falcon opponents is 13-24, and me thinks the Eagle defense shows some teeth this afternoon.
Detroit -2.5
Lions home for an early kickoff against a West Coast team, that has had issues performing on the road at the same levels they have at home. Lions have been on the road 4 of last five games and I expect them to show up and play more like last years Lions than the team we have seen so far this year
