Bengals have been starting fast of late, and the Ravens offense is sputtering behind gimpy Flacco.

Typically a game I would look to go under on, but with nothing "at stake", but I feel like we may see some offense here, and a focus on the passing game for Washington if they are going to try and showcase Cousins to boost his trade stock for the off season.
