Looks like just clouds & lots of wind at kickoff:

1PM- 8% chance of rain & 26 mph wind
2PM- 14% & 25 mph
3PM- 22% & 23 mph
4PM- Strong Storms/Wind 70% chance & 22 mph

25 mph wind should affect the passing & kicking game.

If anything, I think that would hurt NO more than the Bucs. Im already leaning Tampas way so this helps a bit.

I think Bush is playing today, but he isnt really a threat running the ball IMO. He is great catching the ball out of the backfield though.
