    Cleveland Browns +3/+120 ML


    Mangini 8-4 SU and 6-5-1 ATS overall in preseason, but 5-1 ATS on the road. Looking for spirited qb play from Cleveland as Quinn and Anderson vie for the starting role, and Mangini tries to get his team a win to motivate, lord knows they need it.
