Need help with a question guys

In overtime in the NFL if a team scores a TD do they kick the extra point or does the game end on the TD with no extra point kicked?

Its not a big deal but have been wondering the answer

I figured it out .

they dont kick the extra point in OT

I called my dad and he said remember the Giant-Carolina game last year when Ward broke one for a td ,the game was over and the Giants won by 6.
