poopoo why the fuck are you posting over at sbr? Tired of talking to the same 5 guys who engage in group think?
Let me guess scientist will bet the bjj/wrestler
spx will bet some guy he likes because he plays warcraft
ludo will bet whatever someone talks him into
and zY will talk shit about EVERYONE but will never lay a bet down

Great website you got here. So all of you have been doing this since 2009? SPX you a millionaire yet? Any of you make any money at this yet?

Great site with 5 posters and a 1:1 ratio of moderators/posters. Real recipe for success.

Have fun banning this account SPX

P.S. i fantasize about having sex with my mother

Resurrection Fighting Alliance returns June 30 with Joe Stevenson vs. Dakota Cochrane

Joe Stevenson has the wrestling edge, but I think Dakota Cochrane has the submission edge. I've heard he is pretty good at making guys tap while fucking them in the ass.

Professionally, his greatest accomplishment thus far has been a September 2011 win over former WEC champ Jamie Varner. However, it's a brief run in gay pornography that most MMA fans seem to focus on most.

Cochrane really impressed me against Varner and Stevenson has just looked like shit lately. I'd probably take either guy as a decent sized dog, though.

Yeah, I'd bet the gay porn star if he was a dog.

poopoo, I have a s&c question for you.

I have been doing barbell complexes for about a month... something like bent row/hang clean/front squat/push press/dead lift x 8 reps each, x 4 sets, 2-3x per week. I don't use a lot of weight, anywhere from 95# to 135# depending on the lifts I am doing. Also, because of my shoulder, I cannot push at all with my chest (can't bench or even do a pushup). This is all I am doing in addition to grappling. I am on an 1800 calorie diet, I weigh 210# and I am a smidge under 6' tall.

Two questions: Do I need to add in some other sort of strength training? My goal is not really to get stronger, although it wouldn't hurt, I am plenty strong for my purposes. I would like to add some strength, but not at the expense of endurance workouts. Also, am I eating enough? What is going to happen to me if I continue to only eat 1800 calories while lifting.

1800 is pretty low in calories imo for your training. Are you doing that barbell complex like 4-5x a week? I think that should be fine for your goals actually, you can always just go to regular squats and deadlifts as well 1x a week, it wouldn't hurt. No need to max out or anything, I would probably just do sets of 5-10. If you are eating 1800 calories in order to lose some weight you will drop weight pretty fast I think, but you might stall out quick which will make you have to lose weight with even less calories.

If I were you and trying to drop weight I would have started at around 2200 calories of clean/healthy foods, and gauge weight loss week to week. So if two weeks on 2200 netted you 5 lbs or so of weight loss, and the third week there was none, I'd drop to 2000, etc.

But you are old as fuck so your metabolism might suck.

I am actually only losing like 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. I don't eat super clean, as I do eat a lot of bread (I got so sick of greens, I changed my diet to straight calorie restriction, and tend to eat a lot of sandwiches now).

I am only doing the routine 2-3x per week. I do it on my off days from jj, which I do 2-3x per week. Some days in jj, I don't get a very good workout, something like a brisk walk(depends who I roll with), other days I get completely melted.

I am doing it for fat loss, strength maintenance, and endurance. If I add in a day of heavy DL, what would that do for me? Strength?
