I have never really understood how you have managed to stay afloat for as long as you have with no income tbh.

San Diego is a great town, have fun. I wish I could just pack up for months at a time.

What do you mean no income? There's JustAnswer and writing (though I haven't been writing much lately). . .

Oh, I forgot about JA. I thought you were living off your writing income mainly, but I recall you telling me how much you were getting and it wasn't enough to live your lifestyle on. But with JA, yeah, that makes sense.

Yeah, JA is the main thing. I made about $5000 last year writing.

Yeah, but you spend a lot more than $5000 per year based on what you have described in here. That's what I was saying.

Hence the preceeding statement, "JA is the main thing."

I took a look at JustAnswer. At first, I was disappointed that it looked like no one had any use for a physicist or engineer but there was a listing for "dream analysis expert".

But then I saw there actually was a listing for "structural engineer" and now I'm scared at the thought of who would need that information and be getting it from that website.

People ask some pretty ridiculous stuff on there. Svino, you would probably be pretty good in the homework category.

I haven't been doing it much, at one point, I was making about $4000 per month doing it part time. I am winding it down now because I found more pleasant things to fill the income gap in... but I am glad I have it in my back pocket in case I need it again.

Yeah, there's also a Tarot category. I've read a few those transcripts before and it's always some bitch wanting to know if love is in her future or something like that and then some dude telling her that the King of Cups is gonna give her the hook up or whatever.

                        That is pretty funny.

I'll say this, as an expert on there, I wouldn't really trust anyone on there to give me the correct advice to anything. That's not to say that most people aren't competent or aren't actually trying to help people, but there's a lot of bullshit answers given, too.

There was a question on there the other day where some bitch was saying that someone had "hacked her car" because some "guy on his porch was yelling the things she was saying inside the car back at her" and she wanted to know how to fix it.

I'd love to make $4000 a month on there. The most I've ever made was just under $1700.

I'm actually shooting for $3000 this month because I need to get some money together to pay my fucking taxes. Not sure if I'll make it, though.

yeah, a pretty large percentage of the customers are totally insane, at least 30%. I make the bulk of my money answering the same question over and over though- (I was fired for X, it was a lie, can I sue my employer?). I have probably made $40,000 just typing the same answer over and over.

I only make about $1000 to $1500 on there now, that usually takes me about an hour or so a day, for 22 days... so somewhere between $45 and $70 per hour. Which is fine, except I die inside a little every time I do it. I just despise it so much.
